very good service and helpful ,well packed and quick delivery thankyou

Easy site to navigate. Easy to place orders. Speedy delivery and always very well packaged. I love that the packaging nuggets! are fully compostable or even disappear down the drain with some water. Lovely choice of scents and lots to choose from. I've never been disappointed with a scent. It's mainly wax melts in have and the scent lasts for ages.

Great products. Room sprays smell lovely. They make very classy gifts too.

I have subscriptions with Omni, but this order, of a candle and room spray, was a gift for a friend. I love the Omni products, but another reason I support them is because of how amazing their customer service is and once again they didn't disappoint. A note was added for me as it went directly to the recipient, and they sent it asap even though it wasn't a necessity. My friend loves the gift, as I knew she would!

Love receiving my subscription every month with a new and exciting fragrance. The fragrance of all the candles I have had lasts a long time - look forward to next month's addition :)

Very responsive experience, the diffuser I got was lovely and arrived promptly. Very helpful customer service. I will buy again from madebyomni.

Omni very kindly replaced my spa order with the original fragrance after me receiving an order made up with the updated one. Ahmed went out of his way to email me personally to explain why the fragrance was different and offered replacement with the original which they're now making available on their site. It is absolutely gorgeous, I have the original spa candle, room fragrance and wax melts and would happily recommend Omni for their fantastic service. Will definitely be ordering again...

I’ve always hated throwing away candle containers and was so happy when I met this lovely gentleman selling refillable candles ❤️

Best review i can give is I always repurchase because when a product is this good. I always want it in my home 🏡

My order was dispatched in a timely manner and came with a sweet, handwritten thank you. The scent is fantastic and long lasting. I've recommended to multiple friends and colleagues.

First time using this company after being referred by a friend. I am completely pleased with the items I have received and I am already planning on my next order. Delivery was great was kept updated from ordering to delivery. As i said already planning my next order. Fantastic company.

Lovely team behind Omni, promt order and delivery, sometimes upgrades and discounts. We love the scents Spa and Tranquillity.

Spa line is super nice, so are the other lines to be honest!
I’m a returning customer, and I will buy more and more.
Also the customer service is just great, they really care.
Highly recommended

I’ve been ordering from Made by Omni for the last four years! I’ve tried their candles, diffusers and room sprays, and they last me ages.
