They think customers need their credit cards from all the billion stores to get credit cards from smh as a customer you have to be kidding! lol, they close cards out due to inactivity usage to their needs look here, Macy I spend my money how I spend my money. Excellent Clinic Presentation
Today, I have been shopping at Macys over 40 years and today I received the best service since I have been going to Macys. Christine who works on the Clinic counter gave a presentation on how to who the Clinic Products. She was amazing and very knowledgeable. I learned I had been using the clinic products in wrong steps. I am grateful you provided Christine the time to do a presentation on the Clinic products. I hope in the future you would have more presentation. Christine went above and beyond in serving her customers.

I would like to thank Jennifer M. At the Clarins counter at the North Shore Peabody Mass Macy’s store. I wanted to purchase some Lancome items. The sales representative at that counter was busy dealing with a customer issue. Jennifer saw I was waiting and came right over to help me and find the items I was looking for. She was extremely kind and patient making sure I left with exactly what I came for. Her level of service to a customer not even at the counter she was working at is extremely appreciated. Macy’s I hope Jennifer finds out about this review and knows how much her great customer service matters. She is a great representative for Macy’s! Thank You Jennifer! Know you are great at what you do.
There cancel option is stupid
There cancel option is stupid. They give you 15 minutes to cancel or change an order. Now I have to get the shipment and return it with a fee. I informed them to cancel my account and not send me any offers.

All they seem to have the past few years is old women's clothes...... They have nothing cute, nothing trendy, nothing hip. Just ordinary clothes. The only only thing that keeps Macy's in business is the fact that it's so old and owned by money.

Macy's is up to its old trick of promoting it's so called GWP but not having the inventory. In my cart it shows the GWP is available. The GWP was not delivered and when I called the rep told me Macy's had been ran out! It's still being advertised however on the website. I am completely fed up their deceitful practices!

Horrific experience with the Management Team at the Naples Florida store. Be aware that if you have a concern they are not equipped to handle it and they should never be involved in any customer service interactions especially with in-person relations. Their behaviour was unconscionable.

Sales lady from women's perfume Department Roselyn Reyes was very professional in her job. She was so accommodating, listens very attentively, explains fully the product we are looking for and very respectful.
I used to love shopping at macys
I used to love shopping at macys. Conditions of the store is horrible. The stairs to go to second floor haven't worked since about two weeks. I went to return an item and there was only one representative assisting customer with a line of people who were also upset for the lack of assistance. Finally I returned the item. Giving them another chance went to try on a dress and the line was also with 10 customers ahead of me, only one dressing facility available. Horrible service. I am never able to use the discount coupons since almost everything is excluded. Macys: I gave you a chance. You lost a customer.
The service sucks
The service sucks. I bought the mattress and they failed the delivery on time. I took a day off to wait for the delivery and they notified me late on the delivery day that they could not locate the box spring. I asked to speak to the manager and Sandra , the lady on chat line told me that they would call me back . I gave them 24 hours but they did not call me. I called them the next day which is Sat and I was waiting more than an hour to talk to the manager. The sale representative kept telling me to wait on the line for too long and seemed to me like no manager dared to talk up me to resolve the problem. She kept passing the prob to the sale representative. I was so angry with the service. Finally the manager went on the phone and apologized me but did not resolve the problem. I canceled my order. I am a loyal customer with Macy. I bought everything from Macy and why did I go to Macy to buy mattress even there are so many good stores
outside can provide me the mattress. I was so disappointed with the service and customer satisfaction is poor. From now on I won’t buy anything from Macy and loosing a loyal customer like me that is the big loss for them since I used to buy everything from Macy . The service is horrible and failed to keep the promise.

Macy’s continues to bill me for item never received and was returned by post office. Closed accounts. This is going on for months charging late fees still never gonna pay that bill. Goodbye.
The third party delivery company was awful
The third party delivery company that delivered my couch was awful. Two guys decided that it wouldn't fit in the elevator, and if they took it up the stairs, they would need a third person to help. So then we were supposed to wait another 4-5 days. So we told them to put it in the lobby and we would get it up. My husband and I got it into the elevator and into our apartment ourselves.

DONT BELIEVE “NEXT DAY DELIVERY”
Ordered NEXT DAY DELIVERY for FITEEN EXTRA DOLLARS and arrived 3 DAYS LATER when I had already left for my trip. Sure as hell returning to these a**holes but still won’t be able to get those $15 back.

I purchased some perfume from them 3 months ago and it has no scent. Since it is beyond their 30 day return policy, they refuse to help in any way. Very disappointed.
