Fantastic service

Ordered a 27in iMac, having paid for it was informed they had checked it before dispatch and it didn't meet their strict standards, so they gave as a free upgrade to one that was £100 dearer, the item arrived in good time and was well packed in Apple packaging would definitely use the company again

I ordered a refurbished iPad with a company called ‘Quick Mobile Fix’ in March and waited and waited. With the current ‘lockdown measures I was expected a bit of a wait but they just kept delaying every week so after 3 and half weeks I cancelled and reordered with this company ‘MacTwo’. I wish I had ordered with to begin with my I received my order within 3 days! And now I’m just I still haven’t even received a refund from the other company! 😡
So thrilled as this iPad MacTwo supplied as has been way of communicating with my mum during this lockdown so she can see her grandchildren and I. I really can’t thank MacTwo enough. The iPad itself was in immaculate condition, it was packaged incredibly well and even arrived with a case and charging lead!
Highly recommend this company and will certainly order with them again in the future.

MacBook Pro purchase
The first MacBook shipped was damaged and these guys were quick to refund me for the return postage and they sent me a replacement in super quick time. No hassles. The replacement is in perfect condition as advertised.
Recommended and definitely a professional outfit with the customer at the forefront.
