Absolutely amazing. I cannot believe the quality of the food and how delicious getting healthier and losing weight could be.

We have had Macro meals in the past and I think I can honestly say the meal we had this evening is even better than before.

The main meals are brilliant, fully balanced and tasty to my choice. Overnight pats are ok, but protein pancakes taste like eating sweet rubber. So I’m planning to stay off them in the future. Overall really great

So pumped with these meals. Haven't had anything to complain about. Thanks guys!

Great meals , highly recommend

As a vegetarian, I’ve found it really hard to find yummy food delivered like this. I didn’t enjoy Gousto or Hello Fresh but Marco Meals have smashed it.

Always fresh, always super delicious. 10/10 would recommend!

Really bad customer service. I've been trying to get in contact with them for 2 months for a refund on a cancelled order, all of my emails have been ignored. I've phoned at least 10 times and they always say that they'll get back to me but they never do.

Cancelled an order in time and my subscription was cancelled but ive been chasing them for 2+ months for my refund.

Tasty and fresh. Really good food and provides me with an easy option when work is crazy.

Only a few meals in but the food is delicious. Macros clearly labelled on each tub and storing / cooking instructions.
As a picky eater I love that I could choose my own meals as a pick n mix.
Everything so far has tasted great and the attention to seasoning and flavours is clear.
My only disappointment was DPD delivering really late on the Tuesday but that wasn’t MacroMeals fault

I can’t speak highly enough! The food is cooked perfectly, the flavours are delicious. I'm excited to pick other options. My health hasn't been very good recently, it's the best decision, I've ever made. Highly recommend!

Delivery was a day late, rang to see what was happening and there was a delivery problem so was going to be day after. Was told I’d receive a discount for next order which I never got.

Meals taste good and the ingredients seem to be very fresh. Very convenient. However, from a muscle building point of view, there needs to be a higher protein content and the portion size should be bigger. I found the meals quite small.

Horrible customer service! It’s actually unbelievable how poor the customer service is with this company. I never manage to enjoy meal or even open one, yet having been charged twice, plus Saturday delivery. My first delivery arrive two weeks late on a Thursday after paying £17.80 for a Saturday delivery! I’ve now sent a number of emails, all but one have not been responded too and I’ve asked for my money back and to stop the subscription! The one package that did arrived had been in transit for three days and then sat outside my house for at least five hours! Don’t waste your time or money!

Have used macro meals on any off for a year, had some ups and some downs but overall I’m really happy with the meals. It’s nice having a ready meal that’s made with whole foods instead of processed rubbish.

Tom and customer service always look after me if there is an issue and are always keen on feedback good or bad.

If there has ever been issues with delivery it’s been down to dpd, items are always shipped promptly and the tracking provided always reflects that!

Wanted to start out by saying ever since i decided to take the plunge and buy my 1st lot of meals it's been the best decision i have made in a long time not only are they fresh and amazing they come well packaged I have also noticed something else recently which is a big plus in my life and that's its had a massive effect on my psoriasis to the point where its starting to clear up which in turn as boosted my confidence i wanted to end by saying thanks to tom who i have had many conversations with him about issues i have had regarding the food im buying and he's always put my mind at ease you can tell he cares and as a passion for what he's doing and i wish him all the best and look forward to seeing what the future holds for tom and his amazing company marco meals

Never been disappointed with anything.
Great tasting meals, always fresh and on time.

Only improvement I'd suggest is finding a way to scan meals into MyFitnessPal.

I decided to try MacroFoods as I have a very busy lifestyle mid-week and don't often have the time to prep and cook healthy food. So MacroFoods sounded like a great concept. My food was supposed to arrive Tuesday before lunch, I got a notification later that day to say it would arrive Wednesday. On Wednesday I then got a notification to it would arrive Thursday before lunch, and it ended up arrive Thursday 5pm. I had to resort to ordering expensive takeaways in the meantime as had no food in the house. I contacted Macro Foods to say that I was unhappy with the service and also worried that my food has been in transit for 48 hours+ and that it wouldn't be fresh. Their response was that I can freeze the food on arrival. I responded to their email but they ignored the rest of messages. I didn't even ask for a full refund, I just wanted them to acknowledge the poor service and offer some sort of compensation or anything! The food arrived (not cold) and was disgusting. I threw all of them in the bin which I am ashamed to say as I hate to throw away uneaten food. AVOID AVOID AVOID this company. P.S check all my other reviews on here, I normally only write nice reviews but this company 100% deserves a 1 star.
