Had an appointment with Rachel today at the Portadown premises. She was so efficient and helpful. Couldn't recommend them enough.

Gemma was so pleasant and helpful in the Newtownards rd branch.
She was very professional and fixed my glasses no problem.

I attended an eye examination today with Richard Mackey, Principal Optometrist and Director of Mackey Opticians. I found him to be exceptionally professional, personable and courteous throughout. I have been thoroughly impressed with the level of service I received. I now look forward to collecting my new glasses once the lenses have been fitted. I would like to extend my thanks to all of the team at Mackey Opticians.

I have attended the Glen Road branch for years and staff there go above and beyond for you. They know all their patients by name and help in anyway they can with whatever issue you have. They are always warm and welcoming when you arrive.

Within the Cookstown branch the staff always meet you with a smile, they are very helpful, cooperative and are always willing to help.

Mackeys Portadown branch are very friendly ,helpful and very professional.Their new branch is very stylish and modern. They have a great selection of frames. And the branch is very easy to get to and parking spaces are close by
