I attended the British shooting show and came across 'Mackenzie and George' not only did they stand smell of the fantastic lying treated leather but everything that was on show there was of the utmost quality! I left with a customised wallet and a belt on order. I asked if I could get a belt that was 45mm wide made at 50mm without hesitation I was told of course! 4 days later I had a brand new custom made belt that was absolutely what I wanted!

I am very impressed with Mackenzie & George - I ordered a belt for my husband and needed it promptly; I emailed the Company and the gift was dispatched the next day!
It came beautifully packaged with gift receipt only (so happy as it was a gift!).
Overall I would definitely recommend Mackenzie & George

Absolutely terrible customer service. I paid £84 for a lead and a collar at the Game Fair on 27th July - I was told it would be 2 weeks to deliver. Nothing arrived and no contact. I chased and was told they were busy with fairs and holidays it was delayed and I'd get it the following week. Nothing arrived. I chased again as I wanted the lead and collar before a holiday. Nothing arrived. So despite chasing again and a slow response I began to lose confidence so I cancelled the order and asked for a refund. Despite my numerous emails and me having to send them my bank details, I am still waiting for my refund. I think they thought they could send me 2 x £40 vouchers instead but it's not acceptable

Absolutely wonderful company, I literally cannot fault them on anything! I have now bought one hat pin, three hats and a belt from this company and all were beautiful!!!! I highly recommend this company and will continue to buy my hats and belts from here in the future!

Terrible customer service. I have tried calling, email, Facebook message, Instagram message, and online web form in order to talk to someone, anyone with regards to a product issue. Still nothing after days of trying.
They sell good products but I will not buy from them again or recommend them like have done in the past after this experience.

I have bought most of there belts, they are good sizing and are hand made and strong. If you have a problem they are so helpful and respond soon as they can. I always keep my eyes open for the next belt design and snap it up.

I purchased a Chester belt from this company as a gift with very small embossed initials. The belt creased and faded literally as soon it was buckled up. On the 3rd time of the belt being worn I decided to send it back as the fading had got worse and more creases developed. I sent a photo with a nice email explaining the issue asking could I swap for a different type of belt and I would pay the difference. The director of the company emailed back to tell me it was quite normal for this type of leather and that I should fed it with a leather balsam and basically said I couldn't have a refund as it was not faulty and as it was personalised there were no returns. I wrote back and requested a refund as the belt was faulty and it shouldn't matter if it is personalised or not. It turned into a farce with another long winded email from the director. It made an absolute mockery of the 'no quibble guarantee' that they state on the website. If I knew how to attach a photo I would, just to get other peoples opinions. A word of warning for anyone buying the Chester belt, any issues with it, you will be stuck with it. Oh I did get a suggestion that if I sent it back they would remove the initials to gift to someone else!! Unbelievable.

Have now placed several orders with this company and service at all times has been great. My first belt I brought is now about 18 months old, used nearly every day and still looks great so overall very happy.

Absolutely awful. Don’t trust their size guide it is not remotely accurate. They didn’t send a return label until after 3 attempts and then their chosen Company Yodel has lost the parcel. I am now having to chase up £69 myself since they are not doing it for me.

Bought my Fedora from them, I received it the following day.
