Risposta di Mabel & Fox

Hi,

Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear that you feel your concerns were disregarded.

We did respond to your email and reviewed the issue you raised regarding the item. Following this, we confirmed that the hole you referred to is an intentional part of the product's design and is not considered a fault. It is specifically included to provide flexibility to the brush during use.

As the item was functioning as intended and no manufacturing defect was identified, we were unfortunately unable to offer a remedy on the basis of the product being faulty.

We appreciate that this may not have been the outcome you were hoping for, but we can assure you that your enquiry was fully considered and responded to.

Warm Regards,
Mabel and Fox
