Recently purchased a bed and mattress from M6 Bed Warehouse. The bed is super comfy, the service I received from point of order to receipt of goods was excellent. A polite and professional service from the shop staff and the delivery team. Would highly recommend this company.

We purchased from M6 beds a little while back and have to say they were fantastic. The support in the buying process was first class as basically, I thought a bed was just a bed, whereas they are able to advise on things that make a decision really personal around materials, storage, seating positions as well as sleeping and support options. First class team and the delivery and disposal of our old bed really made such a positive difference to the customer experience. Highly recommend them.

Firstly it was our very first visit and with roadworks and diversions we got lost so needed to ring the shop a couple of times and Louis kindly and patiently directed us to the premises.

Whatever I expected on arrival at the ‘M6 Bed Warehouse’ it wasn’t what I thought! A beautifully laid out warehouse with more beds and headboards than I could imagine but it also felt cosy and not overwhelming. A family firm, so passionate in what they do with a wealth of experience between them. Louis went through all the different choices for electric beds with us, all having special requirements, trying different mattresses and not rushed or any hard sell. Even mum Denise made us all a hot drink which was much appreciated after getting lost.
We are moving into a new house and came away ordering five new beds from Joe who even stopped open later for us which saves us another journey.
The two sons who dealt with us Louis and Joe are an absolute credit to the company! Mum Denise so friendly and helped too.
We only wish we’d found this company earlier, what with a stunning range of beds and first class customer care it was a pleasure to do business with you all.

Edit after delivery… which was done to work around us. Oliver went way and beyond arranging everything. My father being in hospital and us not yet actually moved into our new home. Delivery Guys conversed with me over the telephone and were just fantastic. This company obviously cares about its workers as much as the customers and it just shows in the compassionate way they treat the customers and take pride in their work. Thank you all from a very grateful family. Now then, have you ever thought of branching out in all furniture?

Every product I have ever had from M6 beds has been fantastic - this accompanied by the levels of service is why I would shop nowhere else.

Have bought a number of items from M6 over the years and have only praise for them. An excellent selection, reasonable prices, friendly and helpful service and, most of all, a world class after sales service. We have had some problems with a pair of electric beds and Oliver, at M6, has been superb in every in dealing with the issues. Well done.

Very happy with the product, sales staff were knowledgable and helpful, guys who delivered/built it were spot-on (and fully covid compliant), would have liked the office to be a bit better with communication, there was a delivery issue which I had to chase, but they went the extra-mile to ensure they delivered within (on the very last day) their advised 6 week delivery window, so can’t really complain.

Very helpful staff in the shop and helped us pick the right mattress, bed base and headboard. Had patience and time for us from start to finish. Also great service from the delivery men Scott & Lee today. They were within the ETA and both were very friendly and professional. They had all the correct PPE on and followed social distancing rules perfectly. Both men are a credit to M6 bed warehouse and represent the company amazingly! Will definitely recommend M6 bed warehouse to friends and family and will also go back to them in the future when in need of another bed.

We have purchased 4 beds from this company in the last 3 years. Oliver and his team are helpful and knowledgeable. A wide range of beds are stocked of all types and price ranges. We ordered our most recent bed whilst purchasing a new home and when that fell through, the company were happy to keep our bed at the warehouse until we had completed our house move. Delighted with our purchases Highly recommended.

I visited the M6 Bed Warehouse which is massive with an extensive range of divans and mattresses with a view to purchase just a single mattress for my son.

I found a lovely single divan 'set' with drawers, headboard and mattress for an amazing price, which included delivery and disposal of our old bed and mattress. There was an optional charge of just £10 for installation which was great as my husband works overseas. Quick and easy purchase. You can track your delivery but you also get a phone call 30 minutes before they arrive within your given 4 hour slot.

Unfortunately, I had a few quality issues, however following a quick phone call I was asked to send a few images to them of my concerns to which I received an email straight back to say that they had ordered another base which would be with me the following week. No fuss, no hassle. Images were sent to me of the new base for my approval before they dispatched it today.

Very happy and will definitely be returning when we need a new bed or mattress.
