Following the last review, a consultant Pritibha emailed and admitted that my order was sent incomplete. 2 items are missing. I re sent my payment advice showing my full payment for what I ordered.
To date I have not heard anything concerning the missing items.
Their customer services are very bad and they just do not respond to any of my queries.
Will not recommend this company to anyone again.. The description of the garments and what I received thus far is rather disappointing

I would give minus if it was possible. Awful service, delivery delayed by 2 weeks plus, so missed my event and I had to buy another outfit! No apology, poor communication, spoke to different people atleast 5 times and they were utterly useless and ignoring the problem- not sure if purposely or because they didn’t understand English. Will never use again and do not recommend.

Beyond shocking.
Bought a clutch bag and it was badly made and poor quality. Beyond this though, it was received damaged.
Got in touch with Mirraw and they ignored my request of a refund and suggested i keep the purse and accept a 50% refund. When I refused, they stopped responding to emails and now have to go through paypal dispute process to get a refund.

I have ordered 4 sarees from them. The material is of very poor quality, they charge a lot of money. Two sarees were defect and keep promising to refund 50% of product cost amount of £14.44 but only refund £6.94. They keep promising to issue correct refund but this has already three months but not yet received the refund. Please be careful, their product is not the same as shown on the website. We get cheaper and better quality in the UK. Do not trust them. Very poor customer service and not reliable,

I ordered an outfit from mirraw. When I received it, it was nothing like the picture online. The tailoring was absolutely awful and poor quality. I have contacted mirraw on numerous occasions but they still have not resolved my complaint. They keep promising me a refund of 35% but have still not refunded me. This has been ongoing for nearly 2 months now. Please do not purchase from mirraw!!

Please do not order from this company, its stressfull, cheap quality and really not worth the money.. dispite all the discounts. It is a total joke... puctures are NOTHING close to the actual priduct..
An order was placed on order 5th Oct with a deleivery date of 19th oct.. i ordered 3 dresses for a family wedding on 23rd October. Having spent so much time sending emails and chaing on the progress of the order.. was told on 18th the order was a priority and will be with me. I asked for the tracking number.. which they emailed a few days later.. having received tracking number with Atlantic Couriers.. parcel was still sat in there warehouse in india. There was no way i way receiving these dress and asked them to cancel the order and refund my money... No reply from Mirraw.. so i called them.. explain dresses not wanted...refund my money.. as as per my daily emilds from 18th october...
Joke is the rep said i will get the dresses to you in 24hr.. ( dresses were in flight at this point) there was no way she could get the dresses to me...said no i want a refund.. i told you i wanted a refund before the dresses left india... she said be will process within 24hr hours.. that was on the 22nd oct.. we are now 29th oct still no refund.. dresses arrived 27th oct.. and the deverstation... poor quality, cheap fabric, nothing like pictures, measurements and style of blouses.. nothing as per agreement...
I just want my money back now... they can keep their dresses.. my saga with Mirraw continues.. but for anyone considering usinging them.. Please dont unless you have a lot of time on your hands... still waiting for my call back and refund as promised over the phone... but nothing... i gave them the benefit of doubt on their previous reviews.. but was let down massively.

My order number is : M280960653. I did it on the 16th of september.
Mirraw sent me an e mail to choose another saree cause one of them was defected and it was the last one.
I choose 2 sarees:
The saree 3412867 costs 32,44 €and MIRRAW billed it for 75,06€ ( DOUBLE AMOUNT!!! )

The saree 3543009 costs 12,38€ and MIRRAW billed it for 30,31€ ( TRIPLE AMOUNT!!! )

The total amount should be 144,96 and they billed it for… 221 ,15 euros.

And now after sending 4, 5 emails to customer services, they billed it for 182,63 with a discount of 23,81 euros.

They still extra billed me for 40 euros.

Please let them know that I AM NOT GONNA PAY ANYTHING at the reception of the parcel.

Es una estafa. Mi caso, N° de pedido M651267363 se compró varios vestidos el 11 de Septembre de 2020. Procedimientos típico de estafa, no te hablan de tu seguimiento, y siempre aparece estado "enviado". En cuanto contactas te responden muy tarde y te dicen que está en aduanas. Que hay que hacer un pago extra, no lo hacemos por supuesto, y después nos dicen que nos lo enviarían sin problema a casa y ellos se hacen responsable, pero nada. Al final, denuncia expuesta en el cuartel, y el seguro del banco se hace responsable, pero vamos, un despropósito!!!

Sent me an incomplete order with a piece missing. Told me they would fix it. Waited another week. Got an email saying we are not sending you the missing piece. Absolutely horrible company ! Dont buy anything. Will be blacklisting these guys with my credit card company and paypal to prevent others feeling cheated.

Good products but last time I ordered for my friends and paid online by credit card but still it not delivered.

Ordered stuff to be delivered in India as I was going to India but did not arrive while I was there. Told them to cancel the order and refund the money and they have neither replied nor refunded the money. They are just cheaters. Do Not Buy from them. I have asked my credit card company to start the proceedings with them as they are not refunding the money.

These are cheaters, these people sent me only one dress material when I ordered two. They don't respond to our calls and mails.

I had ordered a blouse and jewellery last month end.Till date not received. The consignment tracker is just not right and service poor with automated reply and no reply to the question. The product I cannot even tell and now not looking forward as many saying why you did not ask us before placing an order. I thought I will prove them wrong but unfortunately Same experience.  Buyers buy at your risk.

There is no information about why they cancelled the items. they didnot even refund my money in full.
This is my second order and again same issue. Even last time it did happen the same thing, they cancelled the items without informing and returned the money after multiple emails.
This time even they are doing the same thing.
They sell products with same sellers at different sizes even though they say same size.
I want to return them, since its not my fault in choosing sizes as sizes are not appropriate. It has been more than 2 months and i haven't received any reply regarding wrong sizes dispatched so far.
I didnt receive the difference amount even after repeated emails .
I am not going to order again from this site. i have even unsubscribed from their mailing list

NIGHTMARE from start to finish.Spent at least £400 on clothes not only did it take over 2 months to recieve but also ended up with £100 worth of custom charges that I was totally unaware of!!!!
Used Maplefashions no issues whatsoever process was so easy received my stitched item within 2weeks and no custom charges either.

Ordered clothes. Did not receive in time.Inspite of their mistake,staffs at customer service, they shouted at me on the phone. I did ask about the product and it's delivery time on the phone ,I am from UK. This guy started a bash saying, it's 11 pm in India, "what do u expect me to do". I do not think this the right way to speak to the customer. Moreover, after all these days they haven't bothered to mail or text me regarding my product and it's delivery date. Definitely , it has been delayed but why don't they do any correspondence. Ok! They give you details about the tracking number,but it cannot be tracked by anybody in this world .The whole courier online site get stuck when u enter this number. Even if , the customer care people of MIRRAW try, they don't get to know where the parcel is. Totally ridiculous.Please friends this online shopping site is absolute waste of your precious time and money.They just give off anything free which is of no use .Very very poor customer service and rude conduct of staffs.

Realize MIRRAW, customer is ur strength. Go hire good staffs. Learn what is conduct.Try to exhibit minimum conduct to people who have spent money and trusted on you for products. If you continue to do this u will have to sell like this Buy 1 get 100 free and instead of Buy 1 get 4 free ,which you are doing now.

U can trust Mirraw 100% on jewelries but pls don’t order any clothes . 🤮🤮🤮the most cheapest materials on earth.

DO NOT DO IT! They charged me so much money, outfit arrived late, measurements were all wrong, wouldn't even fit a child, quality of stitching and fabric was hideous, wouldn't respond to complaints and when they did, they were so rude. Lost all my money! Not worth it at all! So stressful.
