I opened an account to test their services but made no immediate deposit. After a couple of days a picture of a nice young asian lady show up in my whatsapp to repeatedly stress me to deposit some money in order to complete my account opening. I asked for credit card deposit (so no commission) and it is NOT possible! Finally I went through a skrill deposit with all the usual robery with skrill or neteller (change of money EUR to US$ loss + commission loss...). As I complained to the nice lady on whatsapp she told me the commission and loss on change do not go in their pocket... True! but just offer credit card transfer like BetiNAsia so... After my sucessful skrill transfer I look at my asianconnect account and see.. NO MONEY!
Started a live chat with customer support. They started pretending my skrill transfer was rejected when in fact what was rejected was my attempt to transfer my 30 euros from my ac wallet to my orbitx account :-)) I told them you don't really look professional if you are not able to see it was an internal transfer attempt on your site!!! Then they asked me a screenshot of my skrill transfer to asianconnect!!! I did, then I gave them the transfer reference from THEIR OWN site to check, then after 15 minutes I Finally got my euros credited onto my account! Now I am pending my orbitx access but definitively I will not use their service, just bet my 30 euros on orbitx and if I win I will withdraw my money. They don't look professional as they are not able to track a customer deposit. When you deposit it is written on their page it is immediate with Skrill which IS NOT TRUE (I really got concerned to have to contact them and fight for 25 minutes to have my small deposit credited onto my account). And finally youi will be robbed by intermediate (skrill / neteller) on each deposit as they don't offer credit card deposit. So for me it is a definitive nogo, I stay with BetInAsia...
