I find the platform really easy to use and equipment arrives quickly in perfect condition.

I had a difficulty setting password on my new laptop from work and contacted the company. There was a quick response to resolve this and I could place my orders. This came swiftly to meet the needs I placed the order for. The service was efficient, and timely.

Send my order to completely the wrong address despite right address being provided. So far have no further contact, but notice amount has been refunded to bank, so does this mean my order has been cancelled? Who knows as no correspondence fothcoming!!!!!

I got multiple emails telling me about the delivery and requiring my telephone number for my delivery. It was only a laptop riser which was placed over the gate (locked) so pointless having the phone number as I only discovered it later in the day. I'm waiting for 2 other items and have received no updates.

Good prices, friendly people, good product range and quality items. Our sales rep Suli Rehman has been especially helpful. Only slight issue (why have I only gave 4 stars) is that delivery does not always happen on the day I have been told but that is a minor inconvenience.
