Friendly staff, couple of tweaks could make the process a bit more efficient (minor point) otherwise happy with the service.

overall a great sevice, i did have a few canceled appointment since starting but overall the customer service is great, and the product is a good quality.

From my very first contact with them right through to receiving my first prescription, the experience was smooth, supportive, and surprisingly affordable.

The only delay came from my NHS GP surgery being slow with the paperwork, but I’m really glad I paid a little extra for Lyphe Clinic to handle it all, they made the process so much easier.

The doctors genuinely listen and take everything into account, tailoring support to your specific needs.

It’s all very cost-effective too, which makes a huge difference when you’re looking for long-term support.

I’d 100% recommend them to anyone exploring a more natural, affordable way to manage a wide range of symptoms—it’s made a real difference for me.

After 1 conversation with them online, I think they are ensuring people who are struggling the more can't be helped. If they only expect people that can submit every hospital letter (no matter the condition) they have ever received, every perception and all referral letters.
Because it's done by email, they don't see it as hard work or impossible for people to do with health issues.... Which is very concerning! Especially with their business model
Or they charge you £20 for the service of them doing but they couldn't tell me how they will source all documents, apart from saying it's done by email. I know my GP has got most of the letters, but not all and my GP practice would charge for admin time of £50 per letter, to be sent. Which I have 100s probably around 500 from around 20 different NHS trust. Would they request from each specialist and NHS trust?

Why not just ask for letter and the diagnosis and to show other options have been looked into.

But when you sign up they state you only need to send your Summary Patient Record which would be easy to send from a GP website.

I cant thank Maisie enough for being helpful, the staff at Lyphe clinic are always helpful and patient and endeavour to help their patients wherever possible.

I needed support to check a letter from the DVLA had arrived and the staff at lyphe have been so helpful to makesure it has arrived and promptly provide the neccessary information for the DVLA, It really helps me out as the DVLA are extremely difficult to deal with.

Again, I cant thank Lyphe clinic enough for being helpful and timely.

Today, I was able to discuss with my Dr some real sensitive things and misunderstandings thst have later come to light with Recent diagnoses. Not to go into detail, I was heard, understood, able to voice my story and felt I could share , felt I could trust the Dr enough to say how I felt...and to have them on my side and know the experience as well, meant a lot. I've been through a lifetime of stuff and also at times been mistreated within the Services, resulting in just no good.

Lyphe Clinic have been great with me for a good many years now. The lady today , both of them, were great and I couldn't ask for more. Or I if I need to, it's available to speak and sort things out.

Whenever I need to talk on the live chat, all the assistants are swift and helpful which provides a smooth experience. I've never had any difficulties with them.

One thing I do wish however, is that due to being a subscription member, I wouldn't need to talk to these lovely assistants all the time due to not being able to log into my own account because of the fact I am a subscription member, I've raised this issue throughout the course of over a year but the issue doesn't seem to be getting resolved. It's a fabulous service, but sometimes I wish I could use the website as it's a quicker method or I'm too busy to communicate through a chat!

Couldn't order repeat prescription, as the dispensary website was acting up. It decided I hadn't had at least 2 prescriptions in 6 months, and couldn't order. But I had. Apparently the set of silicon based rocks with electricity put in and made to do millions of maths problems per second had forgot how to count. Computers eh? They just do weird things sometimes.

Anyway, hop on web chat, speak to Lauren, have a quick chat, apparently the website just does that sometimes. Repeat gets ordered. Easy.

Website functionality: 3/5 - the one thing I wanted to do, I couldn't, (so it gets 1 star) but there was web chat as a workaround (+1 star), and the workaround was easy and did not have to deal with those useless AI chat bots. (+1 star for giving me something that passes the Turing Test.)
{Ok, there's one bot, but it literally gives you choices to pick from, asks for simple details to input on a form, then runs off and gets you a human. That's a flowchart with forms, with some UI/UX input sprinkled on top. It's not AI, it's not even a chat bot}

I was sucked into Lyphe free transfer clinic. I have had medical cannabis for some time, but due to stock issues of Sativa I wanted to see if I could find a better clinic. I jumped in the "Free Transfer" without looking into the business.

3 weeks later I have no prescription, Im forever chasing them and I have decided to take my money elsewhere.

PLEASE DONT USE LYPHE, DONT TAKE JUST MY WORD DO SOME RESEARCH.. BAD CLINIC!!!

I’ve been a member for almost 1 year I wouldn’t recommend can’t order repeats without a face to face on phone I tried this month and now am not a member I can order 1 tube of space cake and 1 cosmic cream but I can’t order 2 tubes of space cake even though am aloud upto 60 grams a month it doesn’t make sense they push to sell t23s for £8.50 a gram I’ve had to cancelled my subscription today am disappointed in the way this was all handled not professionally I WOULD DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY its all learning and there all still definitely learning very unprofessional

I can see why I was immediately warned by the medicinal community against lyphe when mentioning I had a consultation

I got a consultation with Lyphe as I know I am eligible for medicinal cannabis.

I turned up to the appointment on time and only had to wait around 5 minutes for the doctor. That's the only good experience I had unfortunately

The doctor was giving me outdated information on cannabis, I knew considerably more than he did about the science behind cannabis, leading to an awkward appointment where minute by minute I was losing faith in this "specialist".

For example, I was having to explain things like the entourage effect to him. He was not even aware of most compounds within the plant, only referring to THC and CBD.

Then he asked me what my current dose is. I understand I'm on the higher side of dosage but when asked and told him I use between 4 - 6g daily, he did a double take, sounded completely shocked and told me that is not a medicinal dose. Obviously this is highly offensive to me, I know my dosage and have a wealth more experience than this person interviewing me.

How dare this uneducated, unprofessional doctor judge me for my dosage (which I know 100% is effective as I have been self medicating for years) when he is a beginner to understanding cannabis??

I am a legitimate patient that Lyphe refused to treat due to my dosage requirements. This is extremely unethical.

On top of this, despite refusing my application on the grounds that my dosage is too high, the clinic refused to refund my consultation fee.

Yes, I still had to pay £50 for my 15 minutes with this amateur. Disgusting behaviour - I genuinely feel ripped off by these people.

AVOID LYPHE AT ALL COSTS! USE CB1, MAMEDICA OR ANY CLINIC WITH PROFESSIONAL, TRAINED STAFF

edit: Not sure why Lyphe replied to my review saying we spoke on the phone. That never happened and no resolution was reached as nobody has refunded me.
