Ich bestelle schon länger regelmäßig auf dieser Seite meine Wimpern und bin insgesamt wirklich sehr zufrieden.
Der Versand dauert beim Standardversand zwar ein paar Tage länger, was man wissen sollte, aber dafür stimmt einfach das Gesamtpaket. Die Produkte sind qualitativ super und dazu noch echt günstig – vor allem bekommt man solche Wimpern in der Art hier in Deutschland kaum oder gar nicht.
Besonders positiv hervorheben möchte ich den Kundenservice: Einmal ist meine Bestellung auf dem Versandweg verloren gegangen. Das wurde aber total unkompliziert und kundenfreundlich gelöst – mir wurde sofort kostenlos Ersatz per Express geschickt. Das ist definitiv nicht selbstverständlich und zeigt, wie kulant der Anbieter ist.
Ein wichtiger Hinweis für Bestellungen nach Deutschland: Beim normalen Versand fallen keine Zollgebühren an, was natürlich ein großer Vorteil ist. Wenn man sich allerdings für den Expressversand entscheidet, können zusätzliche Zollkosten entstehen – das sollte man vorher einplanen.
Alles in allem eine klare Empfehlung von mir – tolle Produkte, faire Preise und ein wirklich starker Kundenservice!
