They are scammers
They are scammers.
We are taking legal action.
If you read this and have doubts, avoid them, don't put money upfront.
They use fake names, ilegal contracts and inappropiate approaches.
They hide behind a few companies and labels to mask their nature and looks like a company but they are just a couple of scammers.
They also use fake reviews, so don't trust the numbers here.

Poor management company!
Poor management company!
Have no communication skill, provided a false advertisement of a property for rental, got to the property and it was filthy.
Still No acknowledgment from them regarding the whole situation.
If could submit the photos I would have.

I have worked with Lxb Property Management for just under a year now and I am highly satisfied with their service!
Three words for them - Patient, Professional and Reliable.
I personally dealt with Solomon and loved the way he always responded to all my enquiries in the beginning and always made sure things worked out well and in my favour!
I would like to also mention Francis, who was very swift with the setting up side of things, he knew just what to do, I am honestly glad I switched agencies to Lxb Management! (Great affordable fees too) 👍

The management has been very professional all through out. Solomon is the one who’s been with us from the start and up to now and I can say that he is extremely helpful and competent. Communication is fantastic that will keep you at ease. LXB management is recommended!
