We love these scales. Recently had to send on back for repairs under warranty, and when they found it to be unrepairable, they sent a new one. Great, seamless, helpful.

Excellent Customer Service
Brandon Willoughby was absolutely fantastic to deal with over email after I received a defective item. He sent me a return label to send the item back and even went out of his way to talk to his supervisor and ship me a new item. Hopefully the new item will arrive and work correctly.

Piza+25 scale for farm use
I needed a reliable scale for my small farm. The Piza+ scale has exceeded my expectations. It operates with ease, allowing me to accurately weigh my harvest and feel confident I am charging my customers appropriately.
