Extremely concerned!!! Emailed and have had no response after reading the reviews. Website is down, no other contact details on. I saw an add on Instagram and I never normally buy from social media sites and the one time I did, I fell for a SCAM!!! Be aware this is not a reliable company. I can only assume I have lost the money I spent, I’m very disappointed.

HUGE SCAM! Do not order! Placed an order, didn’t receive any confirmation, emailed their customer service, they replied to say I couldn’t cancel my order, now their website no longer exists and the email address is not recognised! BEWARE! DO NOT ORDER!!!

It’s a scam, don’t order !!! Immediately after I ordered they went offline, can’t find their website, insta, TikTok or even customer service anymore.

I ordered the item in June. I just got it yesterday, September 23. I specifically noted in my ordered the uniform should be blue and the letters and accents should be silver. Guess what? They made it gold. Smh When I emailed them they tried to say the do not recognize my email that I used another with my order. Umm I only have 1 email address l, the same 1 I've been inquiring why it took so long on. They have a "claim" system but you have to enter your checking/routing numbers. No! I will not be charged again when I already don't like the crap you sent.

Didn’t receive my parcel, I was told to take a video to prove it or pay even more for another to be sent, which would’ve taken my purchase to over £60 for one item.
Never mind the fact they’re claiming to be a small blonde girl with a small business but actually are fraudulent and not the small business in question. I’m disgusted with their customer service and can not believe how rude and unhelpful they are.

I bought several times from this store and every time is striking!

I ordered a custom hoodie for a Father’s Day gift on May 22 and paid for “VIP service” it took 2 weeks to ship out, only after I reached out asking for an update. They tried to offer me a 5% refund upon receiving the item. Well, the item never came. They shipped it with UniUni and this company first claimed they couldn’t deliver due to closed business (was on a Sunday so fair enough) but almost a week later they “returned to warehouse due to wrong address” I reached out to both lvystyle and just got a generic “we reached out to the logistics and they will deliver asap” where as uniuni was just a chat bot. After another 2 weeks (after Father’s Day at this point) I just did a chargeback. Definitely avoid this site. Reverse google their images and they’re all stolen from other places and they’re based out of China. As of today, my package is still saying “returned to warehouse” and uniuni never even reached out to me to fix the delivery issue.

Doesn’t even deserve 1 star! Ordered on the 25th May as a Father’s Day present and it didn’t arrive until 20th June! If the wait wasn’t disappointing enough the jumper was thin and cheap and the photo embroidery was quite possibly one of the worst things I have ever seen!! It looks absolutely nothing like the photo I uploaded and yet all the reviews on the website with photos looked so good. I have been in a back and forth with the shoddy customer services who have gone from offering me a 5% refund, to 10% and currently 20%. Avoid this site like the plague!!

Terrible customer service. Ordered 2 items for fathers day and paid for VIP service to make sure the items would be produced quickly. Still waiting a week and a half later for them to be shipped. Contact customer services and received the same email twice with no update. I have requested to cancel my order but this has been declined even prior to the items making it to production. Please avoid this company.

I ordered a hoodie before I looked at the reviews. Then was scared the whole time it was delivering thinking I was scammed. Turns out not too bad. I ordered an xl but fits more like 2x the front stitching picture is smaller than pictured but it's there and it's not the worst quality. I'm pleasantly surprised. Also didn't take very long to come in. Ordered June 4th got it today June 19th.

I didn’t even want to give them one star. They are AWFUL, it’s a SCAM. My 4 year old can do better work than them. $50 for a shirt that had a bunch of circles on it and they refuse to refund, but said they could recreate it all I would have to do is spend $10 more dollars! Hah! What joke, whatever you do, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!!

Awful product! Cut the end of the picture off and got the colours wrong. Also the picture is supposed to be on the left breast but is more towards the centre. Very disappointed! Do not order from them!

I was very worried when I placed my order and then read the reviews, I don’t know why they’re so poor. I received my item exact phone I ordered it and am thoroughly impressed!

I would provide negative stars if possible. I ordered a sweatshirt from them and they created it wrong. I reached out immediately to get a refund. I have been attempting to work with them for over a month now to obtain a refund. The company is requesting I mail the shirt back to them and they will provide the refund. However, It is over $30 for me to mail back the shirt due to their mistake and they are not willing to reimburse me for this. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Scam if I could give a zero star I would ordered early for 2 Mothers Day gifts for my daughter still have yet to receive them went to PayPal now they are contacting me but still nothing and no refund always an excuse why it's not here yet

Ordered early received item late. What I ordered is DAMAGED! They refuse to exchange or replace

This company is based out of China. After filing a complaint via PayPal they requested I send back the item, to China 😕 on my dime for an exchange LOL! Ultimately PayPal cut me a credit to settle the problem.

Scam ordered mothers day gift early. Never showed up said it's in KS city forever now. Waste of money.

This company used to be called ‘lvystylely’ and has clearly recently changed their name due to their many many 1 star reviews.

Usually I do my research on companies before ordering from them. But I saw this company on facebook and from seeing the videos of baubles being hand painted, I decided to trust it (terrible mistake).

I ordered two glass mugs with pictures of two different dogs (my late cocker spaniel Dottie, and my boyfriends late terrier scrappy) and they instead sent me 1 ceramic mug with a sticker of my dog that was pixelated, even though its supposed to be ‘hand painted’.

I also ordered a personalised blanket because again the pictures look so beautiful, but the blanket is terrible! Don’t get me wrong it’s so soft but the picture is awful quality!

I am appalled that Facebook advertises this website because it’s so misleading and looks beautiful but in reality it is far from that and you’ll be left disappointed and robbed!

I spend £65 with this company, don’t make the same mistake!

After ordering and paying extra for faster shipping they had still not sent me any shipping or tracking info. I sent 3 emails with no response. Then they changed websites. They were previously on here as lvystylely. Now they have changed names to try and clear their ratings. Ultimately, I ended up having to go through my bank to recover the money spent.

They even go to lengths to make fake accounts on Instagram to comment on their own posts.

Scam!!! Never received my order! worst experience with this shop!! I think all of the product photos were stolen
