Cheap quality fabric ( scammers)
Title: Very poor quality products and unresolved complaint
I ordered four underwear items from this company.
The overall quality was very poor. The fabric and finishing feel cheap and below the level expected for the price.
Three of the four items had clear quality problems.
The Essential Classic White Trunk (size M) lost its shape after a single wear. I did not wash it. After one use, the leg openings and middle area stretched about 4.5 cm. The trunk now fits closer to a Large size.
The product page states that the fabric made from organic cotton and Tencel Lyocell is durable and keeps its shape. My experience was the opposite.
The Exclusive Bikini and the Exclusive Trunk were also very low quality. The fabric feels thin and cheap compared with what was advertised.
The only item that initially seemed acceptable was the Gold Trunk Contour. However, after the first wash, the metal logo detached from the garment.
I contacted customer support and provided photos showing the stretched fabric and the detached logo.
I requested a refund and offered to return the defective items. At the time of writing, the issue remains unresolved.
