Rubbish thermic tea cup with lid
I ordered a thermic tea cup with lid. I paid £5 extra for fast delivery and it came a week later. When I tested it, the lid came off and the liquid spilled all over. When I asked for a return label, they replied, I didn’t need one. I definitely DO NOT Recommend this company

Hi Paola, we don’t and never have offered fast delivery. All of our delivery uses the same 48 hour business day shipping with a day of processing/packaging. You ordered on a Thursday before a bank holiday weekend and the product was delivered on the following Wednesday which is exactly as expected given the Friday was used for processing and packaging, the Monday was a bank holiday, and then royal mails 48 hour shipping got it to you on the Wednesday.
Regarding the product itself, the lid just rests in the top and is not meant to form a seal or stay secure. If you spilled the liquid inside we apologise for the inconvenience but this is not a design fault of the mug.
Regarding the return label, the reason we said you did not need a return label was because the return was created as a paperless return meaning you give the QR code to the courier and they scan it to send it back to us. This was clearly explained in our emails sent to you and all of these details are also clearly set out in our shipping policy and at the checkout stage on the site.
