What a total delight to 'stumble' upon a company online and have every expectation exceeded.

Not only were we delighted to find garden chairs made out of recycled plastic, thus able to live 'in situ' and needing minimal maintenance, but to then find the reality just as good, if not better than, the pictures on line.

Further delight when the phone goes within minutes of the order being sent 'into the ether', with Meryl asking "if it would be ok to deliver them the next morning" (Saturday!!).

It quickly became obvious that this was a two person operation and the level of customer service was truely personal and exceptional. Our only disappointment was that we were at Park Run so could not meet Tony and Meryl on delivery, but the chairs were left exactly where requested without disturbing our dog sitter.

Cannot not recommend this company highly enough.

Bought a set of chairs and table. Well manufactured, robustly assembled, very comfortable and the colours are really vibrant. From order to delivery was very prompt, with good communications and the personal delivery is a nice touch. Meryl and Tony are very friendly and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this product and this company.

This was a great service from ordering the chairs and table , to delivery. Tony and Meryl maintained contact throughout , and I can't recommend this small business highly enough! The chairs are just what we wanted , so comfortable and easy to maintain , and the table looks great with them .

Excellent customer service as we asked for an early time if possible and they obliged. Personal delivery and the chair is amazing. Hubby wanted his own chair but it had to accompany our existing furniture. It looks fantastic, really sturdy and a perfect colour. Can’t fault the care and consideration given 😊

Due to my job and its awkward hours, I telephoned Luxwood and spoke to Meryl and arranged for the Adirondack chair and foot rest, to come in 2 weeks time; they happily agreed to this and came early in the morning to deliver them. Having seen the furniture in a neighbouring garden and in Ludlow Farm Shop, I ordered 2 chairs and a table online. The delivery date was given for a couple of days time, in the meantime I telephoned Meryl to say I wasn’t sure about the colour of table I had ordered.
Very obligingly she offered to bring an extra table for me to choose which colour I liked best.
Communication was easy and friendly, delivery on time, but the customer service was outstanding. Haven’t had a chance to sit out in the chairs as it hasn’t stopped raining since but I am really, really pleased with them. Thank you LuxWoodPatio

I'd been looking for Adirondack chairs for my garden and the Google search came up with LuxWoodPatio - I was blown away by the amazing reviews across the board and decided to go for it. The chairs arrived exactly on time, Tony showed me how to open them up while Meryl explained their manufacturing history - amazing! I'm completely in love with the Driftwood Grey set with footstool and table, it looks beautiful in my garden and we can't wait to use them throughout the year. Delivery was exactly as promised, and the chairs themselves are stunning — they look just like real wood, but are made from 100% recycled plastic with a solid core and marine-grade steel fixings. Yes, they were a little more expensive than some alternatives, but the quality is exceptional. The colour runs all the way through the material, so no worries about fading or peeling. Purchased a pair of chairs and a table after seeing them at Harrogate Flower show. Toni and Meryl were great to deal with. They patiently answered our questions(sometimes twice!), and were not pushy in anyway. They understood it was a big purchase we needed to get right. The chairs arrived on the date and time promised, and were put into position for us. All in all a good experience, and quality product backed up by a solid guarantee.

These days it’s not easy to find a high quality service such as that provided by LuxWoodPatio.

The chairs are so much better than the cheaper versions available. They are robust, comfortable and have added an extra dimension to our garden.

To have them delivered and put in position was the icing on the cake. No packaging, no fuss. I was sat in my new chair within 2minutes of them being delivered.

We have been looking at these chairs for a while now and finally took the plunge at the Malvern Show. Tony and Meryl were fantastic and the chairs and table were delivered in less than a week.
The colours are amazing and the chairs are so comfortable we will be buying more in the future
