Excellent results
Excellent results, professional and friendly service. Had to delay last minute the painting and they were very understandable. Painting was done in one day, while keeping a superior quality and neat finishing. Would recommend. Thanks Adriano!

The team were very pleasant, clean, and explained what they were doing. I received a call to tell me they were on their way and an email following their visit with photos of the work they had undertaken.

Great experience with Dan and LPM Team!
Dan and his team are super professional, responsive and helpful. Dan was very thoughtful and explained every step of the maintenance works which was super helpful as someone who has little experience with home maintenance. Pricing and communication was clear and fair. Overall very satisfied with their help and services!

Impressive service
We were very impressed by how responsive Dan at Luxury Property Maintenance was. He was readily available on the phone and by email. Communication was always detailed and prompt. The work was carried out efficiently and the price quoted was fair and reasonable having regard to the work required. I would have no hesitation in recommending Luxury Property Maintenance or suing their services again if necessary.

Daniel and LPM provide a great service
Daniel was great, from his first emailed response to my enquiry through to the day when he and his colleague attended my premises to carry out routing servicing work on FCUs and my MVHR unit. They were very professional, charged a fair price and took great care to protect floors and other surfaces where they were working. They are clearly accustomed to working on high-value properties.

Daniel Curley is a legend
I cannot recommend Daniel Curley who heads Luxury Property Maintenance enough! As a Senior Property Manager, I’ve worked with many contractors, but Dan stands out as one of the nicest and most efficient professionals I’ve ever met.
Him and his team handle all plumbing and heating issues for our managed properties with exceptional skill and speed, ensuring everything is resolved to the highest standard. Dan’s customer service is unmatched—he’s always approachable, helpful, and goes the extra mile to make the process smooth and stress-free for everyone involved. Our tenants love him for that very reason too.

Honest, Reliable and Cost Efficient
Having worked with Dan and the team for a considerable time now, I can honestly say that the team at luxury property maintenance are honest, reliable and truly have proved themselves to be masters of their craft. It’s hard to express how this company has made the burden of property management easier, but with their quick response times and detailed reports have assisted us through the hardest of situations to resolve.
