I live in Michigan and own a condo in St. Pete. I wanted zero involvement with good performance, and that is what I got. Luxury Lodging Host handles the guests, the cleaners, the lockbox, everything, it is so simple. I basically never check the portal anymore. Net income is up 40% from what I was clearing with a local friend managing it. Two guest damage claims were handled and paid without me lifting a finger. Highly Highly recommend…

We left Vacasa for Luxury Lodging in…

We left Vacasa for Luxury Lodging in Chicago last fall. The old company blamed every slow month on the market. Luxury Lodging sent us a revenue forecast, then beat it. Occupancy went from 61% to 84% over the first quarter. Darko walked the unit himself before the first guest and flagged multiple listing issues that the old company had never mentioned. Cleaning is consistent, guest reviews on the listing went from 4.6 to 4.9 on their listing. I'm going to keep adding properties with them, this is a great way to save on tax and create passive income

I handed my 9 bedroom property near…

I handed my 9 bedroom property near Tampa Airport to Luxury Lodging Host in March after two years of self managing on Airbnb. My best month before them was $6,100. By June they had it at $9,400 and the calendar was fuller on weekdays than I ever managed. Their pricing system works extremely well, even though I was skeptical about lowering my minimum nightly price, once I let them run it freely, whatever their pricing strategy is doing increased the revenue significantly. Payouts are always on time and never an issue, I had asked about some reviews I saw with payouts, and they said they've only withheld payouts for owners that told them to cancel reservations because the platform like AirBnB charges fees. Made sense to me, and I can understand that maybe some other owners cancelled reservations and didn't realize it is AirBnB or VRBO charging the cancellation fee, not the company. Louis and Darko are honest and transparent about anything the company does. If you're in the Tampa area, you could be making a lot more money working with these guys
