Scam account. Sent from China-have to return to china. Just out to take your money. Reviews on website are fake! As are their claims for customer service/returns. Commenting turned off on Instagram..what does that tell you!!!

Ik heb helemaal niks ontvangen en krijg geen antwoord of contact. Ze mailen je bestelling is onderweg maar er is niks. Niks bestellen hier sonde van mijn geld.

It is a scam, and if you bought something from them, be sure no one will send you the product nor refund you.

De dos productos me mandan uno. Y no abonan el dinero.Cobran mucho por una calidad pésima. No te dan opción para el reembolso y aunque escribas correos nunca te contestan.No se parece en nada lo que compras, con lo que sale en la foto

beyond scammed!!!

ordered a dress three weeks before a big event with the guidelines saying 6-9 working days.. this dress still hasn’t arrived nearly a month after said event.

i emailed asking where tf my order was a few days before the event just to be told i should appreciate they are busy and it hasn’t even been packaged nor left the facility. in which i replied, to just cancel my order and refund me my money, but that isn’t in line with their “cancellation policy” of a “few hours” after purchase.

joke of a company. still no dress. no update. no email. no money.

Beyond Poor & not even worth 1 star but that’s the only option!

Ordered 19 June 25 & delivered 17 July despite contacting Customer Services for order to be cancelled & refunded as had missed the delivery date and too late to use. They weren’t in the slightest bit interested and advised it wasn’t their problem & tough.

They are thieves

100% scam. Ordered the prettiest top on here, only for it to be the ugliest and most poorly done clothing ever. It also took forever to get here. I have emailed them for a refund, though I highly doubt I’ll get it. Do not order from here!

This is 100% a scam. It took too much time and when it came it looked nothing like the pictures. When I requested to return the product they offered a 10% refund and for me to keep the product. Obviously I refused and they offered 20%. This happened plenty of times until we got to 50% and they said they couldn’t do more. Once more I asked to return the item and they said I couldn’t do it because the period of return had passed. This is crazy because I had been requesting it for weeks. Now I can only except the 50% refund unfortunately. But I will get all my money back because I have been talking to my bank

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent order. The dress I received was not what I ordered at all. On top of that, it arrived squashed in a small bag, completely unsuitable for the type of item it was.

The quality of the dress was very poor and nothing like what was shown or described on the website. It felt cheap and looked nothing like the advertised images. This experience has left me feeling misled and frustrated.

I reached out to express my concerns but felt the service did not reflect any genuine care or effort to resolve the issue. I would not recommend ordering from here based on my experience.

This is a fraudulent company, no doubt from China, and who are scamming customers! They are stealing content from legit companies (who are aware and are being reported)) and selling items as their own! DO NOT fool victim to these con artists. They are scum

The dress what i buy from this “company”for £52 and I saw it on SHEIN for £7 it looks not the same, and arrived too long time to me. The dress price is too high and a quality is not so good.
I dont think this is “Luxurise”, and im so sad, because now i need to buy another dress, and im scared because im was trust about the page, was so real the advertisment. please dont buy from here, its not good quality.
