I ordered a couple of mini’s from different brands to try, and received a full size product on a promotion too. I was really impressed at the communication and also speed of delivery, the products arrived so quickly & were well packaged. I’m really impressed with everything and I’ll definitely be ordering again.

Royal Mail recently lost my order, a replacement was sent to me very quickly. Well done.

Excellent product, excellent service. Haven’t had any problems until last order a bottle of shampoo was damaged in transit. Jo sorted it out in no time. Highly recommend.

I ordered a product a few days ago. I proceeded to hear nothing, so chased them a few days later to enquire why it hadn't arrived. They lied and said they had emailed me about stock issues (there is no email anywhere including spam). I then went to try purchase the product elsewhere and because of their tardiness, it's now sold out elsewhere, and also means I don't have it this weekend like I would have if their stock levels were accurate. 0/10 customer service - can't believe they lied about emailing me, and they waited until I chased to realise.

I ordered a Davines Ol Absolute set for a cracking price with 15% off! Cheaper than elsewhere. Not used the shampoo set yet but I can’t wait to.
And it came in super quick time too which is always a bonus.

I love that this business is a family run business and how environmentally conscience they are at their packaging and how delivery is within a day or two Royal Mail. PLUS I had a problem with an expensive hair product that the mechanism didn't work for pumping the hair serum ( Kevin Murphy) but with just one email Jo was so good to resolve this. I thank you and I will be a return customer!

Ordered shampoo and had great prices! A little issue with my delivery which was down to royal mail, however customer service was fantastic! They had it sorted in no time and kept in communication. Will definitely use them again

I don’t even know where to start. As someone who has always struggled with dry, brittle, fine hair due to medical issues, this company and their products have completely changed my life and my hair. Not only do Luxurious Look sell amazing products for fair prices, but the fact that they let you pay in instalments through companies like Klarna make keeping up with hair care so much easier and more affordable. My products arrived in good time, great quality and my hair has been completely transformed. I won’t be shopping anywhere else for my hair care in future. I highly recommend!!

My order didn’t arrive- an issue with the courier not LL. As soon as I queried this, Jo responded straight away. My new order arrived in quick time. I am so so impressed with the care and how Jo responded. It’s such a delight to deal with a company that obviously really does want to offer the best service and go above and beyond to make sure this is delivered. The only place I will be shopping for my hair products now.
