Great customer service, and always in communication. Quality sofas and dinning table chairs. Absolutely worth the price.

The pictures looked nice but I was still a bit nervous when I made my order, however when my delivery arrived, the sofa, dining table with bench and chairs, coffee table and side tables….everything looked absolutely gorgeous….even nicer than the photos on the website. I’m so very happy with my order. Will definitely buy again!

I’ve ordered the mirage sofa and a dinning table along with chairs,got delivered today and I absolutely In love,the customer service was so great,they offered us a home visit with so many beautiful fabrics to choose from and have our sofa and chair custom made and I can’t thank Lauren from Laxura enough for her help In choosing and deciding what to go for as it can be overwhelming when you see so many nice things and you’re trying to chose,she absolutely made the process so easy and perfect,she is so friendly and offer really really great advice and the end results is absolutely beautiful I don’t even have the words to describe how happy I am with my order,I also love the quality of their products. The communication was so simple they are very quiet to answer your questions I highly recommend .

I have bought a dining table set and a side tables. I loved them both and it was exactly same as what was on the website. I was dealing with Lauren she made the entire purchase to delivery so smooth. I would really recommend.

Mum ordered the Palazzo sofa set and was so sceptical as she had never ordered furniture online. Lauren was so patient and went above and beyond to make sure mum got the items in time for her party. Honestly never seen anything like this. The delivery guys were also very helpful. Mum will be getting all her furniture from Luxura from now on. We strongly recommend this company if you are looking for anything luxury when it comes to furniture.

Was hesitant to order online but I was in touch with the customer services team regularly with any questions I had and they would respond quickly and reassure me. Eventually we decided to place an order. So glad we went ahead, our dining table is beautiful (Cannes collection) ! I will be ordering more furniture in future now, despite there no longer being a showroom I think this allows prices to be slightly cheaper than the companies that do have one so Is also a better deal.

We live in Scotland and this is the 1st time buying furniture on line however the customer service start to finish was outstanding from samples being sent to ensure we were happy with our choices before placing the order and then pulling out all the stops to ensure my mum had delivery for Christmas after a difficult year, Luxura certainly made my mums Christmas. The quality of the furniture is nothing I have ever seen before and the Palazzo range is a real show stopper, it came so carefully packaged and delivery drivers take great care and attention.
