Please note you ordered at 3:24pm on Christmas Eve. It was highlighted on our website that there were no deliveries from 24th - 27th December due to non-working days and bank holidays.

Despite this, we dispatched your order one day late due to the discontinued code you used for our site (explained on email) but ensured next day delivery was guaranteed.

We can see you placed a second order on 3rd January so we assume you were happy with the service and the issue was resolved and rectified.

We appreciate any updated reviews for recent orders.

I’m not recived my order

You told me in the email that the driver arrives between 4:22 and 5:22 and not at 8:00. I have a lot of work to do in my life. I don't have time to waste waiting fu…. driver.

UPDATED REPLY;

We do not process the emails; it's handled by DPD (third party company we use for shipping). Most couriers won't even send you a one hour time slot; DPD do for convenience. They email time slots to customers & sometimes in the rare occasion, issues can happen i.e car crashes, traffic congestion etc. There is nothing they can do about that; there were two delivery attempts faster than your paid shipping service, both of which were unsuccessful.

We're quite confused by this 1 star review as it does not reflect our true service or your experience with us?

You placed an order 13th June 2023 at 4:32pm and less than 24 hours later, your order was dispatched (earliest possible time). DPD attempted delivery 15th June 11:52 however no one answered the door. DPD then made a second attempt 16th June 8:39pm but again, no one answered the door. You have been given tracking numbers and full updates via email.

There is nothing we or DPD can do if you are not in to receive the delivery; they have sent email notifications so you know exactly when the parcels are due for delivery.

We have also received no contact from you via email otherwise we could have handled this appropriately.

It's likely the parcel will now get delivered back to our warehouse so if you'd like to contact us via sales@luxofashion.co.uk, we will confirm the next steps. We would appreciate if you could remove the review based on the information you've provides as it can unnecessarily effect our small business.
