SCAM. Unfortunately, before seeing all these bad reviews, my beloved wife bought a bonnet from this sleezey outfit and recieved a fake, cheap, plastic infused bonnet instead of the natural silk one that was advertised. If you read this review and proceed to buy from these con artists, just know that you are funding some low life dignus who takes advantage of unsuspecting people looking to better their health. God will judge all these acts of debauchery and I pray these people repent before it's too late for them. I did a chargeback with my bank and they got me a full refund, I suggest you do the same if you were mistakenly took by these hucksters. Shame on them.

I received my bonnets today. They are not labeled, but clearly are not silk. There is no return label on the package. There was a label on top of the shipping label. I peeled it off and it says “cloth pet clothing” (weird) I’m ashamed of myself for not researching before I purchased. Shame on me for being so trusting!

The bonnets are trash. Hard and crunchy.

Do not purchase from this company. I received a polyester bonnet that was too big and no way to adjust it. It was mailed in a little gray plastic bag with no return information. I have sent several messages to the company without a response from them. I’m going to report them to the better business bureau.

I wish I could give no stars. This is a scam company advertising "silk" products when they are not silk but satin or sateen. They are cheap. They come with no tags but if you've ever touched silk in your life, you know the difference. And of course they don't take refunds..you have to ship their falsely advertised product back with your money and then get a gift card balance to use at their pointless, rip off site. Stay clear! Don't waste your time or money.

Bonnet arrived. Did not fit and no ability to adjust fit. Email arrived from Luxe Silks with instructions to adjust drawstring. No drawstring on bonnet. Contact info email provided bounced back as non deliverable. Multiple attempts to email company/customer service have gone unanswered or acknowledged. Waste of and time and money dealing with this company…do not purchase!!!

Never got my product. I tried to contact them several times, no reply. I can't believe I was stupid enough to buy something from Instagram. Never again. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, they are a total scam! I should have looked here BEFORE I was so stupid to buy from them.

Do not order!!! The descriptions say it’s 22 momme mulberry silk but it came as a rough polyester satin. The descriptions say thy come in a reusable box to store them and they came in a plastic bag. BEWARE - Do not fall for this like I did. They advertise “organic silk”, but the tags on the product say 100% polyester. This is a complete scam and ripoff! They do not respond to your emails and no phone number to call. They did however respond to my credit card company when I had to dispute it. They must have a dedicated person for that job, but not any for customer service.

It took a bit to receive the order, but I was okay with that, knowing that it was coming from China. What arrived, however, is not what was advertised. The pillowcases that were advertised as real mulberry silk are actually 100% polyester satin. It says so right on the tag, and on the bag they came in. I have my doubts about the bonnets as well. Don't waste your money.

SCAM - sold as Mulberry silk but arrived after 3 weeks, from China labeled as imitation silk bonnets. Clearly NOT mulberry silk.

These products are not silk. They literally say "satin" on the tag. And they are not even satin. Total scam. I am so mad.

I wish I had come here first like I always do before ordering something. This company's website doesn't even work anymore! They aren't responding to emails either. These bonnets are fake!! Not even close to real silk, they smell bad too! I can't believe I fell for this 😭

Ordered a ‘silk’ bonnet. It took a month to come and is terrible quality. It’s not real silk- I tried the burn test on a little corner and it just sort of melted and went hard which suggests it’s polyester. They’re really small and also don’t stay on your head at all. They have the cheek to send you loads of marketing emails, one of them being how to test if something is real silk, all while selling fake silk products!!! Absolute scam!

Considering the prices of some of the products on offer, there is no postal updates, delivery status or even a response from the customer service teams regarding my order. I've been waiting weeks for my order, reached out multiple times and heard NOTHING. Beware of this company.

Zero stars. Worst company ever. Do NOT purchase from them. Product is crap and absolutely NO customer service . I mean no one will respond, your emails get kicked back as undeliverable. SCAM company .

Zero stars if I could. I feel so stupid for falling for this scam. First of all, they posted a fake video from one of my favorite influencers on my Instagram feed showing her promoting these bonnets, so that's why I immediately trusted and purchased, because I like this influencer. It took me to their site, I purchased 2 "silk" bonnets, and waited 2 weeks to arrive (from china). Ok. Then they arrive and they smell strongly of chemicals so I follow the directions for washing on gentle, and laid flat to dry but when they came out of washing, they were both split open at the seams. Trash. Also I doubt it's silk, it looks very polyester-like. So I reach out to their customer service via "contact us" on their site twice, NO REPLY. I just messaged the IG influencer to ask if she had any trouble with this company she was touting or if she knew how to get ahold of them, she actually replied to me saying she's not affiliated with them and that they must be using her videos for their sales! FREAKING UNBELIEVABLE! The most shady company ever! As if everything else was not enough!! These people should not be in business!!! I'm goimg to message them again threatening to charge back my money but I'm probably out of luck. I came here after all of this and I'm reading all these bad reviews, how are they still around?????? I'm going to do my best to let everyone know to STAY AWAY! What a complete and utter SCAM COMPANY!!!! Completely unscrupulous.

Total scam. Advertised as 100% mulberry silk- was not silk. Not sure what it was because no label, but side by side with my real silk bonnet (that cost three times the price) it was obvious what they sent is fake. My fault for forgetting if it looks too good to be true, it is.
