Not happy with this company what so ever! Wouldn’t order from them. Its the end of May and still have not received my Louis Vuitton Imagination Eau De Parfum cologne. Which pisses me off to know when because I have reached out to them now twice asking them where my product is and they keep telling me that they’re getting a shipment in within a week and it should be out to me shortly and dismiss me then I reach back out to them asking where it’s at and still the same outcome. Then I looked at other people‘s reviews to know that they want you to ask a refund to then only give you half of your money back and to collect half of that money for a restocking fee although they’ve never had this product in in the first place, but yet sold it as if they had it; to remind everyone, I’ve been waiting since February for this product, 4 months later and still nothing. I definitely would not order from this company. I think they are a scam & seeing everyone else’s reviews I so wish I did my research!

I placed and order months ago, they took all the payments and never sent the product. They answered one email and said it would deliver in 5 days and a month has passed. And now not answering emails. I would becareful with this site. Do not trust it. $108.73

I placed an order on March 1st, April 1st came, no cologne, I emailed them and they said they would refund me, in a couple days, well it's now April 27th, still no refund, this company is HORRIBLE!!! It's pretty sad that they won't even answer me now. I work hard for my money, and I don't appreciate getting taken advantage of!!!

There is another with a very similar name, I can only assume the bad reviews is a mix up with that site or troll posts.

I have used this company many, many times. Super fast post and very well packed. Never once had an issue with any of my orders.

Poor communication. Still waiting for someone a response in regarding a return. Parcel still not opened. Sampled a tester from elsewhere and didn't like the perfume I bought from Luxeparfum.

Placed 3rd order yesterday. Arrived today by Royal Mail 24hrs, extremely well packaged and in pristine condition.

This time Chris was clearly tied up with content plus a visit to Cannes so enquiry emails sent to him directly over the course of a few weeks ahead of order went unanswered (must be super busy).

However, upon placing order I noticed the email address for that is different (which is a good thing to prioritise orders).

Overall, well pleased + would recommend ordering niche perfumes from here.

My purchases have been ok, but then i mostly know what im buying. The biggest let down is the customer service which i non existent, it you want to know about a perfume or availability etc dont contact them.
Chris is just to busy to talk.

Ordered Qaed al fursan through this website ordered on a Friday with delivery times from 8-12 days but no it came on the following Monday beyond pleased

Very happy - ordered Argos Sacred Flame which arrived within two days - simply in response to negative reviews which I agree are for a different company the item I got is both legitimate and fabulous - I’ve never been so happy with a bottle in my life!

Amazing! I ordered sample 1st, then 50ml of Segura which smells exactly same as Santal33. The oils in it seem to make it last all day. My mum has ordered too as its such a beautiful scent.

First, I believe the bad reviews refer to LUXEPERFUME not LUXEPARFUM. The latter is a very good company, in part run by fragmental (YT Channel -Chris)
I ordered a fragrance showing in stock, when it was picked to ship it was no longer available. Dave from LP informed me and refunded me straight away with zero delay. On top of that he offered me 20% off my next purchase. Of which I took full advantage. Purchasing 120ml of Zaharoff black rose Halfeti. This fragrance is one I will cherish for a long time. It is truly stunning.
As this is a review of the company and not the fragrance. I can say the experience was fantastic. A hefty discount and tracked delivery to my door, packaged securely in under 24 hours.
LP have some excellent niche fragrances that are hard to come by. The prices are fair and with the service I have experienced. I will almost certainly return as a customer. Please give this company a try. You will not be disappointed.

I've just read some of the negative reviews on here and I'm rather perplexed! This is a 100% legit UK company run by Chris from Fragmental offering niche perfumery that is difficult to obtain elsewhere. I have placed numerous orders over the past few years and have found the service to be top notch EVERY SINGLE TIME. The products are 100% genuine.

I have recently placed another order - this time for Zaharoff Black Rose - and my order has been quickly dispatched as usual.

I've felt the need to submit this review to try and counteract some rather unfair reviews.

Quick update! My recent order arrived an hour after posting this review. Now that's quality service!

Service mirrors previous customer, speedy professional & well packaged. Chris is a passionate and knowledgeable fraghead and brings a really well curated selection unavailable elsewhere in uk (my purchase Lamar by Kajal nigh on impossible to find!). I look forward to purchasing from in future.

I'm genuinely not sure if the reviews below are for a different site. I've just received my first order from this company and it's totally legit and above board. The owner is Chris from YouTube fragrance channel Fragmental. I purchased a Byron scent as this is the only stockist in the UK, and I placed my order late in Sunday, it was dispatched first thing on Monday morning and arrived on Tuesday. Exactly the top quality service I would expect from a luxury/niche perfume shop. Very well packaged with a free sample (alway appreciated). Email replies and updates were prompt and kept me informed of delivery date. Great service and wouldn't hesitate to recommend (although their about me/delivery pages are very sparse and honestly don't inspire confidence, so could do with a spruce up).

Total scam! Copied perfumes the worst customer service ever! Aggressive, rude and unprofessional.

On later research through HMRC the owner has had many collapsed companies including haulage and transport, all closed with a year of trade?

Absolutely awful company!
I purchased some fragrances from this website a couple of weeks ago and they’re fake! No response from their so-called customer services, they seem to also be impersonating another, more established company, which is why I confusingly bought from them.
Please avoid this sham at all costs and buy from more reputable sources.
