It's a scam e. A ordered a coffee machine and not just I haven't received it but they cloned my credit card. They have all my details and, as long as I blocked my card, they called me telling me I was victim of a fraud and they were calling from my bank and they needed my codes to block the card.
Please do not fall for this. Worst customer service. They will not let you return the item. I wish I”ve read this first.

I previously wrote a review here stating that after over a month of waiting, I had yet to receive any shipping updates.
Well, here we are, two months later. I finally received the chandelier… except it is the wrong one.
Of course, zero contact made with LUXE HOME.
Just do yourself a favor and get your light fixtures from somewhere credible.
i purchased 2 corsica light fixtures took 11 weeks to get. it said it came with detailed installation instructions and light bulbs showed up with none!!! try to call for help they hang up on me . this is the worst experiance buying on line. stay away from this company .
Something is not right with this company. I ordered a product that was to be here is 4-6weeks. The following day I get an email stating the product is not in stock and there workers are vacation and the product wouldn’t be made for another 4-5 months. I asked to cancel the order and they said they will ship it in January. It seems these maybe be counterfeit product. I asked to cancel and now they say they have a processing fee. Still no detail the fee amount, why there is a fee when they faulted on their obligation and still not canceling.
Fantastic service. Table is great quality and not overstated by the advertisement. Fair price for such elegance - I shopped around the world for comparisons. Delivery was quick and I was kept informed of progress. Delivery driver texted pic of the box left at my back door, as I had suggested if I wasn’t at home. I rolled the box through the house ( don’t be shocked but it was too big for me to lift or drag) and voila, it was unharmed, so good was the packaging. Thank you for thinking of everything. Will stay in touch.

We purchased a new mattress and the whole experience was seamless.
The delivery people were very helpful and the mattress itself has far surpassed our expectations.
This isn’t the first time we have purchased from Luxe, so we will be back again!
