Still waiting for information via email to return an item. Sent 3 emails to customer service email address with no reply. Awful!!!

Absolutely awful company.
The dress I received came from China with no labels at all it was cheaply made from polyester material there was no hem it was only poorly overlocked.
Clearly not the dress advertised on their website!
I tried to return it asking for a label but they said I had to pay and then started to negotiate a refund discount?
This company needs to be closed down before more customers are scammed in the same way.
My dress went in the bin where it belongs total 💩

Absolute scam!!

Ordered multiple dresses which took weeks to arrive, all in serepate orders. The quality is awful - terrible fabrics, poor size and fit and not at all as advertised.

When trying to arrange a return, multiple emails back and forth negotiating a partial refund to keep the items. Returns are at your own expense, to an address in China, where there is the worry of paying out for customs charges etc.

I am now reporting to trading standards for false advertising and poor trading practices.

Don’t fall for the scam! Terrible quality products and trying to use the 30 day refund service is a joke. Start off by offering you 5% refund for faulty products isn’t great. You have to send your item at your own expense to china. Terrible customer service, save your money!!!

I would have given this zero stars but you have to give one.
2 x dresses ordered at the same time. One for a wedding which looked to be a beautiful bright blue in a silky material. It arrived weeks after the wedding and when it did it was nothing like the photograph advertised. Cheap, faded see through material. Which smelt.
The other dress is still in transit.

I contacted the returns department immediately. It has taken over a week and numerous emails to obtain a return address and even then I was offered a 30% refund which it was suggested I took over a full return and I was advised that a refund may take a “significant amount of time”. Returns policy is advertised as a full refund within 7 days. I was also advised I will need to pay further fees to send it back which they cannot give me as well as shipping. The other dress is still in “transit”. Probably never to arrive.

I wish I had seen the reviews before I ordered. I do not have lots of spare money as a single mum and this order was a treat for a special occasion. I had to buy another dress for the wedding as my order had not arrived and had it arrived I wouldn’t have been able to wear it anyway. I wouldn’t pay £1 for it at a market.!! Worthy of the bin.

I am now going to have to report this to my credit card company to see if I can get my money back.

Items are awful quality and poor fabric.

They make it impossible to get your money back and return items.

These ladies are scamers I bought 3 dresses was stated on website dress 1 £200 reduced to £44.95 ..dresse 2 £154 reduced to £44.95 ..dress 3 £154 ..reduced to £44.95 ...now these dresses have arrived & they are not designer brand they are cheap & you can buy better on Shein & also all 3 dresses are on sale on Ali Express at under £10 each ...after contacting owner I was offered 30% off told if I wanted to return I had to return to China at my own cost ...this is not what is stated on website..it states full money bk guarantee within 30 days ...this lady after several emails is now ignoring me ...ive spoke with trading standards & my solicitors & am entitled to full amount bk which is £98 ....this lady fails to respond or try & sort out issue...dont buy from her ...shes a scammed & has now blocked me from her website but she will be hearing from trading standards & my legal team

I ordered a dress from Luxe and Luna London after seeing an ad on Instagram. The website appears to front as a small UK-based brand run by two women, with emails from someone named Kayla Worthington and signed off by Nelven. They share a heartfelt story about shutting down the business due to a bereavement, saying the owner's husband passed away. This makes it feel like a genuine, struggling small business. Sadly, I fell for it.

The dress I received was nothing like advertised: cheap, badly made, and arrived balled up in recycled plastic. When I asked for a refund, they offered 30%, then 40%, and said I could keep the item but if I wanted a full refund, I’d need to return it to China at my own cost, despite no mention of this before purchase. They even suggested declaring a false customs value (under £10) to reduce fees, which is illegal.
This is not a genuine UK boutique; it’s a misleading drop-ship operation. I've reported them to Action Fraud, Trading Standards, and completed a chargeback with my bank.

Do not be fooled by the personal story. This company is running a scam.

PLEASE DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! I’ve been scammed by their lies also, this company doesn’t even exist! The dresses I was sent are not fit for purpose, nothing like what was advertised. I’ve just managed get a full refund via my bank by logging this as fraud.

This is a SCAM!! They are not a registered UK company. Everyone who is writing a review which is good this is a fake review.
Also they are asking to illegally send the items back to China by saying the value of the items is under £10.
Everyone should repost this on Instagram as a scam!

Honestly the worst shopping experience I have ever had - avoid at all costs!!

Ordered the same dress in two different sizes with the intent to always return one back. Dress was not as pictured - picture had pockets dress didn’t - picture had dimonte detail dress had cheap plastic pearls !

You would have thought this would be a usual process and would have been simple.

I have experienced the complete opposite !

I Tried to return so went on the website to review the policy - 30days and postage on the customer - seems simple and usual process - but unusually you have to email the business to request the address !!!

The complete opposite happened, so you now end up being in a back and too bartering process - the company ‘’we will offer 20% refund no return - 30% refund no return !!’’

The dresses do not fit me which was my first communication to the company and I returns refund request was made, why would I want them and to add insult x2 of the exact style dress. 5 emails later.

Now I am being asked to return to China to expect delayed shipping, taxes could be incurred and the refund will be delayed along side this.

I am £75 out of pocket with two identical dresses that don’t fit !!!

Cheap crap please don’t buy. I put the dress in the bin it’s awful from the material , buttons, stitching and it was more like a blouse than a dress and I am only 5’2”. Total waist of money !!!! 😤😖😤

This is a scam. Please read the reviews, I am victim of this scam. The dresses and clothes are of very poor quality and in a short sentence there is no returns. They charge you to return to them and waste your time when you want to return the product. Don’t buy from here and hopefully this site gets closed soon. I know it will pop up else where but just be mindful when you purchase online.

Cancelled item immediately and this was confirmed by the company via email. Used PayPal to get refund too.
Five weeks later they email to say sorry item was delayed and it has now been shipped and can I cancel the charge back. What an absolute joke. Company needs banning and prosecuting.

SCAM! Don't touch with a barge pole . Awful quality. Don't know whether to throw away more money by returning to china or asking for discount but worried about giving bank details. Horrendous.

This is a scam! I'm so upset I was taken in by this. The clothes come from China and are terrible quality. Returning them involves a very difficult process which I eventually gave up on - my credit card company refused my chargeback claim so I'm £60 out of pocket. Avoid at all costs

Complete SCAM, don’t believe the 5* reviews as they are fake and created by employees or bots!

Material is polyester and not what you see in the picture, all items are posted individually from china and guess what? If you choose to return your items, you have to post and back to China recorded post at your own cost!

Don’t be scammed like me do not purchase from this company!
