Scam. Ordered over a month ago, was sent a shipping link which led to a site that raised a suspicious link warning. The order can’t be tracked. I lodged a query through PayPal and received a response saying they would look into it. When I checked my order again, the link had ‘expired’. I requested a new order link and still nothing. No movement on the order, no response from the supplier. $156 wasted on a scam.

I ordered the balm for under eyes and I tried it since June (3 months) and my eyebags look the same! I asked for a refund and they rejected it. Very bad customer service and mostly, ineffective product!!!! Will never buy this brand again especially since there are so many others that promise the same thing but are more concerned with their reputation and quality. Keep away from Luxe.

If I could rate this less that one star I would. I placed an order that never arrived, the tracking info was absolute trash, that gave broad updates and then simply stopped. And when I tried to get a refund, they gave me the runaround for WEEKS. Then they tried to tell me, with a very ai or bot written email, about knowing I was "anxious to receive my order" and they "are doing all we can to get this figured out for you" and gave me a new tracking number. The tracking information was in Spanish, and when I attempted to look up my order number, it stated no order existed. When I emailed them about that, they simply stopped responding. THIS IS A SCAM

Good luck on trying to exchange unopened product. Ordered #LF639469 on 07/01/26. Their communication is extremely slow, though the website states that they respond by 24-48 hours. It has been weeks, and when they do, they send a generic email asking more questions not even answering your request. TERRIBLE customer service. Oh, and they have a phone number listed but when I call it, it states "This number is not accepting calls at this time". This is on their Contact Us page..."If you still need our help, please contact us below. Our customer service team will respond within 48 hours. You can also contact us by email or by phone at +1-888-977-4155.

What a joke. I want my money back at this point. Since they won't instruct you on how to exchange unopened product (I sent them a picture) or return brushes that shed all over your face, I will dispute it with my credit card.

It took a lot longer to receive my product than expected. Next time I’ll order sooner.

You advertised a "Buy 1, get 2 free". I responded to the ad on Facebook, but when I received just one tube in order #LF793763, I was charged $48! I have contacted your company several times for an explanation but was told I didn't "mark the right box". Whaaaat? That was the only option, so I expected to get what I ordered. Either send me the rest of the order or tell me how to return my $48 tube and get a full refund.

It’s like there is no mascara in the tube! 3 coats did absolutely nothing. My lashes aren’t super long or thick, but they are not sparse, either. L’Oreal makes my lashes look way more fabulous. I reached out to customer service twice and NOTHING. If I could give it -5 stars, I would. Total scam.

Glides on, blends perfectly & stays set. Doesn't exaggerate all my wrinkles either. Perfect color match too!!!

This is the smallest tube of foundation ever! And it has very VERY limited coverage. I would not purchase again.

This foundation is a total game changer! I have never been so happy with a product. It feels like moisturizer going on the skin, perfect match to skin tone, and lasts ALL day with no oxidation.

The product is exactly as it says. The best coverage and feels wonderful on. It makes your face look very natural while providing excellent coverage!! I wish I had this years ago!!

Ordering from the website was very easy, but unfortunately, the foundation did not live up to what was promised. I’ve had Luxe in my makeup bag for a while and finally tried it today. It made my imperfections more noticeable, gave me an orange appearance, and didn’t provide the coverage I expected. I even ordered more during the current sale because I trusted the advertising. Sadly, I’m very disappointed with the product. I will be returning my order as soon as it arrives.

I did not like to hear that your foundation doesn’t work well without the primer!!! I wouldn’t have ordered the foundation if I knew that upfront!! I felt forced to get the primer or the foundation may not work well! Terrible trap!

I love the Lux product, this is my 2nd purchase. I would highly recommend this item.
