Absolutely TERRIBLE experience from start to finish!!!!
The car mats I received were a huge disappointment and looked nothing like the premium product that was advertised. The quality was poor, the finish was unimpressive, and the entire purchase felt like a complete rip-off. I spent good money expecting a quality product and instead received something that wasn’t even close to what I believed I was paying for.
One of the biggest RED FLAGS happened when I was simply trying to install the mat. As I was putting it into place, one of the securing buttons completely popped off. When I contacted customer service about it, their response was essentially, “That’s okay, it always happens, just put it back on.” The problem is that it would not go back on. If a part is expected to pop off during normal installation, that says a lot about the quality of the product. Being told this is normal instead of being offered a replacement or proper solution was incredibly frustrating!!!
What truly pushed this from a bad purchase to an INFURIATING experience was the company’s response when I tried to return the product. Despite being unhappy with the mats and reporting the defect, I was offered no reasonable refund and no meaningful resolution. Once they had my money, customer satisfaction seemed completely irrelevant.
To make matters worse, there isn’t even an obvious Google review page where customers can publicly share their experiences. The fact that customers have to rely on external review websites to leave honest feedback makes the whole situation even more frustrating. Potential customers should be able to easily see real customer experiences before making a purchase.
I rarely leave negative reviews, but this company earned one. Poor product quality, defective hardware, dismissive customer service, and a return process that left me completely stuck with a product I didn’t want. I regret purchasing from this company and would strongly encourage anyone considering buying from them to think twice and read independent reviews before spending their money.
