Our third home with interior Luxaflex duettes; superb blinds and very attractive . We worked closely with Sam from Rundle Blinds and she assisted our builder to ensure window openings and door handles were spaced so the blinds could sit flush with the reveal ! As a result, we have a beautifully integrated appearance and great function .

From the first phone call, the staff were helpful and gave reliable information and made the appointment that worked for my time. Confirmation supported the time and date. The representative listened to what we needed and made appropriate recommendations. To ensure we were getting the product we required we then travelled to the showroom where we confirmed our order. The staff again were helpful and friendly.
The installation date was confirmed and duly arrived on time and installed expertly. We are delighted with the product and its value to our lives.

Very helpful customer service and superb installation with a complex arrangement

We are so pleased we decided to purchase our Luxaflex Duettes, and Luxaflex sheer and full block curtain for our new home. The insulation effects of the Duettes have been commented on already, as the cooler days approach and the quality of the product is outstanding. The curtain is stylish and quality outstanding, completing our front living room perfectly. I have already passed on Rundle Blinds name and phone number to four families who have seen the products and wont hesitate to continue to recommend the Rundle Blind & Curtains staff and Luxaflex product widely.
We will require further blinds for outdoor and leisure areas. There is no question we will purchase through Rundle Blinds. In view of the current global climate, the while process could not have been smoother. Thankyou.

The team at Burnside Blinds and Curtains provided friendly and prompt service from the moment we walked into their modern showroom to the time of installation. Nothing was too hard as they helped us select the perfect colour and style of window furnishings to match our home, and they were only too pleased to accommodated our timetable for installation. The staff at Burnside were very knowledgeable and helpful when we were selecting our blinds and curtains to cover the many windows in our family room. We selected roller blinds for the windows, which are operated via remote control. There is also a sunroof in this area and to cover this window we were advised to use duette blinds. These are perfect? There is a considerable cut in the heat coming into the room. They are very easy to operate and they look good.

The installers were very professional and neat and I highly recommend them.

For the first thirty years I lived in my home I had a beautiful Elm growing up through a hole cut into the roof affording me welcomed shade throughout the long summers. Three years ago the Elm began to lean into the house and had to be removed. Over these three years I truly missed the shade and the comfort it brought to the upstairs of my home. Putting in awnings for the two large second story rooms became a project. I contacted Luxaflex for a quote and within a week Marc came out to measure and quote. We climbed up on the roof together, got the measurements we needed, the price was calculated and the contract signed. From that point on Luxaflex took over all the details. I received a call for delivery and installation which we negotiated according to my schedule. This past Friday Simon and Brendon, expert, efficient installers arrived right on schedule to install my new Luxaflex System 2000 Pivot Arm Awnings with remote operated Somfy Heavy Duty Motors and wireless switches. The change in temperature comfort for my upstairs rooms was immediate. I like the look of the shades, the ease of operation and especially the return of the Elm-like shade to my upstairs rooms. I would have absolutely no reservations for rating the service and the products I received as First Class.

Friendly and professional service and people. A manufacturing fault was remedied as quickly as possible and to our satisfaction. We are repeat customers and would be happy to use them again if further products may be needed.
