Great Customer Experience - Professional yet personable approach by the whole team and very attentive to our needs and wants. Great product and service!

Jus my want to say I have bought blinds for my house for a few years now from Olympic blinds, the installers always do professional and great job.

The Customer service team go above and beyond, the team always follows up and keeps you well informed on the progress of pending jobs job.

Also a recent occasion I wanted to alter what was done, there was no pushback , no reluctance , no backwards and forwards, the team was more more than happy to make the customer happy, no questions asked

I would highly recommended Olympic blinds to anyone, the whole team collectively from the salesman Ben who enjoys are good chat to the installers are all professionals who do a fantastic job!

Olympic Blinds have recently installed Luxaflex window shutters at my house and this is now the fourth time I have used their services. I originally installed floor to ceiling wooden shutters at a previous unit that were stunning and elevated an ordinary building with a bespoke design that also blocked out the harsh western light. I was sad to leave them behind.

At my new location Olympic Blinds installed a floor to ceiling curtain over ten years ago with my bright orange, patterned Ikea fabric that is the first feature you see when you enter my home. It is so well made and tailored to the space that everyone comments on the design and quality. I also installed roller blinds on a door and windows and did not hesitate to go back to Olympic Blinds as the advice, level of professionalism and quality products keep bringing me back. Thanks to the team for making everything so easy.

Extremely happy with their service and products. Had our whole house fitted out with blinds and we love the look of them.

We chose Duettes for our downstairs areas, roller blinds for 2 rooms upstairs and shutters for one of the upstairs bedrooms. Anthea made the great suggestion to go with black shutters and they look amazing!(the installers were surprised to see something other than white!)The shutters blend so well with the front of the house too.

Ben and the team were great. He came in, was very generous with his time and going through all the options. And then going through them all again so we could triple check we still liked the colours. The team that came into install them were very efficient and professional. We've been especially happy that we took the motorised option so we can control our blinds with the remote.

We have had three lots of window roll-down blinds installed in our house over a number of years. We have been impressed by the level of service provided by Olympic Blinds and the quality of their products. What is more, they are a local company to Edithvale!

I love my shutters and automatic blind installed by Olympic - they enhance my Ensuite and Bedroom and the 5 metre automatic outside blind for the Kitchen is stunning, even with the Winter sun - it will be even more appreciated with the hot Summer sun - Olympic's installation during Covid 19 restrictions was very professional and respectful and am looking forward to their sheers installation later in the year.

I felt confident when Ben measured up for blinds and curtains that I had chosen a good product. He was extremely helpful and I appreciated his advice and expertise. The showroom was very helpful and all staff considerate when I rang with any questions. I also like supporting local business.

We LOVE our Luxaflex blinds!!! They simply work the way they are supposed to and look fabulous!

That's the main thing for sure, but we GOT them because of the expertise of the staff in the office. Because of their acceptance of limited budgets, without judgement, and because they were quick, experienced and clean in getting the instal done!

Great experience from start to finish. Got the quote on the spot by professional well organised and informed sales person. Helped all the way with color choices as well as product that was needed. The end result we got exactly what we visualised and the blinds interior
look great don't impact on our open plan space at all.
The motorised outside blinds are perfect and stop the westerly sun from heating the house. Very impressed and would not hesitate to recommend. The price was competitive. We had 3 quotes. Decided on this one because they were the most professional. Installation team were on time and friendly and left the place spotless. Very happy.
