I needed curtains for my apartment- privacy was not a factor- they just had to provide warmth and colour at night. I chose a fabric that was reasonably sheer and I stipulated that I didn’t want to lose my view. As the curtains weren’t lined I expected they would pull across into a compact shape. How wrong I was. The curtains spring across the window and can’t be pushed back! It’s like they’re spring loaded and eat up half the window. These curtains were expensive and I have been very disappointed. When I wrote to point out the problem they offered to supply tie backs- at a cost of course. I feel they are a company that does not communicate any potential negatives to their product. And they are no bargain! One would expect more for the cost! Buyer beware!

My Luxaflex duet is a beautiful addition to my stairwell window, offering privacy and class. We ordered and had installed our Duet in a 3-week period which is an amazing timeframe. JSF interiors were professional and reliable. Great job guys!

If we could have given no stars we would.
We ordered 16 roller blinds, both double and single and our main bedroom shutters in November 2020.
We were told the timeframe for the blinds would be before Christmas 2020 and the shutters end of January 2021.
The roller blinds were installed in December but after the installers left we noticed some blinds were installed with the chains on the wrong side, one blind was rolled under and catching on the door handle and many of the blinds rolled unevenly on the roller and unable to be rolled up without creasing/fraying the fabric.
We rang JSF and were told they would fix them when we had the shutters installed...
The shutters didn’t arrive until the beginning of March 2020 and they were too small so weren’t installed.
Nothing done about the roller blinds.
Someone came and re measured and we were told another 10 weeks.
At the beginning of June the new shutters arrived; unfortunately we couldn’t open our windows the way the shutters had been configured.
We had them installed anyway as we needed to move into the house.
The installers said they would get someone to contact us.
We waited for someone to come and sort it out but with lock downs etc it appeared to be low on their priority.
We phoned JSF Interiors in December 2021 and they explained it was too close to Christmas but would come first week back in January.
...put off as they had shortage of staff re Covid and at the end of January JSF re measured for the shutters.
My husband mentioned again about the uneven rolling of the blinds and was told it could be fixed...still nothing done. Told 10-12 weeks wait for shutters.
We are still waiting for the shutters (17 weeks) and have not been able to open our (only) bedroom windows for over 11 months and it’s now over 18 months since we paid for the shutters.
Bitterly disappointed both with products and service.

Very happy with the service, right from the measure/quote to the installed products.

No call back after wanting them to quote on a rebuild … crap service (well in fact non-existent service) - I had to give 1 star to initiate the review - so that’s what the one star is for …

After completing our new build, we wanted to maximise our ocean views to the north by choosing window coverings that both enhance the panorama and maximise our privacy.
Jennifer at JSF Interiors recommended the Luxaflex Double Roller Blinds, and we chose the Neotec Black Pearl Sunscreen to reduce the glare while keeping the view, with the Faroe Foam Blockout for privacy.
Very happy with the results - makes a huge difference in temperature with the Sunscreen blinds down, and the Blockout ensures our seclusion when needed.

From the start of our experience we have been very pleased with the service and updates prior to installation. The product is as we imagined and required and we were happy with the quote to enable us to decide.

Fabulous service, brilliant advice on colour selections and colour.

The process was more difficult than first thought but the installers managed to overcome all problems. The work was completed to our total satisfaction and in an extremely professional and considerate manner.
