We were really happy with the service provided by Fabrique. They explained the range to us and helped us with our colour choices. The end product is fabulous and we are very happy with it.

We have had an excellent experience with Fabrique and Luxaflex. Everything from selection to installation was handled perfectly. We purchased a range of blinds for a new architecturally designed house (lots of glass, big windows) and chose a range that complements the house perfectly. They are unobtrusive when not in use and work extremely well when down.

Our only mistake was not to motorise the blinds in the bedrooms but the cost of the upgrade was reasonable and well handled by both Fabrique and Luxaflex.

The blinds (Translucent Duette) and curtain (Lumishade) are a dream. Elegant to look at and easy to use, they enhance the ambience of the home and provide excellent thermal protection - both from heat outside, and to help keeping the warm IN when we want to.

We are very happy with our new blinds, they looks stylish and are a great product. The powerview just makes life so much easier, with a touch of a button the blinds open. We can not fault the installers, they were very efficient, good with communication, and understanding.

It was amazing, we put in the new blinds on our deck, as it was too hot to sit there in the sun!
The result is fantastic, we now love just sitting and watching all the boats on the river, cool as a cucumber.

From the intial instore consultation followed by home based assessment, advice and measurement, all services have been very professional and comprehensive in nature. All staff have been very courteous and efficient. The installation was timely and efficient, and even following discovery of a small defect in one blind and contact with Fabrique, this was replaced without question.
We are very pleased with all aspects of both the Luxaflex product and the services received from Fabrique.

Doing business with Giuseppe and the team at Fabrique was a great experience. The product they supplied (a Luxaflex electric retractable awning) is world class engineering and technology. The team at Fabrique arrived on time for installation, finished on time and cleaned the area after the awning was installed and tested. We could not be more satisfied and will highly recommend the products and workmanship from Fabrique at every opportunity.

The measure and quote service was quick and efficient. Supply was slow presumably due to Covid but one the blinds arrived the installation went smoothly and we are very thrilled with our new blinds.

The showroom layout made our experience easy and we couldn't fault the service. Staff were welcoming and knew their business.
