Well priced in comparison to competitors, happy to accommodation my install before Christmas. Definitely would go through them again if needed anything else

I have a large window, over 3,5 metres wide for which I wanted a roller blind.
I asked for quotes from a number of suppliers and all, except Luxaflex, could not provide a single blind for the space. Luxaflex quoted for one which is now installed with a remote and it is absolutely perfect.

Cathie @ Luxaflex was so helpful and patient till we were ready to go ahead with the blinds and came out for a 2nd visit to finalise the colour. The installer was so quick and efficient and had the whole house done in a few hours. We couldn't be happier and I would reccomend them to anyone.

The whole process from consultation, quote, ordering through to installation was exceptional. I was undecided on what on wanted and the team gave great support and offered a range of quotes for different options. They also provided helpful advice on colours & fabrics. We are extremely happy with our LumiShades in the lounge room, our Duette blockouts and sheers in the Master Bedroom & the roller blind in a spare room. The team at Highline blinds are wonderful and we would recommend them for great quality and service.

We recently had Jacqui Duffy from Nelson Bay Highline Blinds do our panoramic windows at Nelson Bay NSW. She came and helped us decide what colour to use for our Luxaflex Lumishades throughout the unit that overlooks the water. We decided on soft grey and we are thrilled with the finished product and the look. The way they shed soft light through them during the day and then darken at night is fabulous. We just had a couple of issues with installation but they were rectified immediately

Had a fantastic experience with Highline Blinds in Nelson Bay. Ordered Luxaflex curtains, blinds and plantation shutters and all are of a very high quality. When we decided to get more plantation shutters we happily went back to Highline Blinds.

The service too was excellent, staff were very helpful and pleasant to deal with. Production and instal were also very quick and professional.

Luxaflex at the Bay - Highland Blinds Belmont recently completed 2 jobs at our holiday unit at Corlette. I contacted Jacqui Duffy as she was the Luxaflex rep in the Nelson Bay area. Jacqui quoted on two separate jobs for us; 1. to replace our pirouette shutter blinds
and 2. to replace shutters in 3 rooms. All these items were damaged due to an extensive water leak. Jacqui was really good, friendly and thorough. She suggested replacing our kitchen roller blind with shutters. A fabulous suggestion. Jacqui and her team were always prompt and delivered everything they promised ahead of schedule. Jacqui's installer Jacob, is a real asset to the team at the Bay. He is very particular with all his measurements and careful with his installations. We would highly recommend Luxaflex at the Bay - Highland Blinds Belmont.

Our first visit was in the shop where we were treated in a very friendly way. all the samples were available and we were given advice about the different products as well as given sample books to try out in our home. Measure and quote appointments were carried out on time and without any fuss. Again lots advice about how the products would work in our setting. Installation was carried out very smoothly with no problems and no mess. The lumifolds and silhouettes look so stylish. I am very happy with the final result!
