The absolute worst coffee we have ever experienced from a man who just tries to trick money from you! Amer you should be ashamed

Have a quick look at Companies House for the truth behind the very glossy website. Hats off to the web designer but I’m afraid the same can’t be said for whoever’s sourcing their coffee.

I bought Luve coffee recently and was genuinely shocked at how bad it was. The flavour was flat, bitter, and nothing like what was advertised. I reached out to the company to give them a fair chance to put things right, even offering to return almost all of it (other than the one cup I’d sadly tasted) for a refund.

Instead of handling it professionally, they were completely dismissive and defensive, insisting there was “no possibility” of a bad batch and refusing a return - repeatedly suggesting my equipment was at fault, which was almost laughable. It felt like they’d rather argue than investigate. I wasn’t trying to get something for nothing; I just expected decent service for a clearly disappointing product.

Off to the bin with the coffee then. A shame really, because I was open to being a repeat customer, but after that experience I’d never buy from them again. A company that refuses to even consider feedback doesn’t deserve loyal customers.

I purchased this coffee expecting authentic Arabic coffee with cardamom and saffron as advertised. To my disappointment, there wasn’t even the faintest hint of cardamom or saffron in the flavor or aroma. The so-called "mild roast" coffee powder didn’t even smell like coffee - it had a strange odor resembling stale bread. To make matters worse, the company has a strict no-returns policy. Given the poor quality of the product, this seems highly suspicious. A quick glance at reviews on Amazon shows similar experiences, with most ratings being 1 or 2 stars. The worst part was the customer service. When I contacted them to raise my concerns, I was met with rudeness and unprofessional behavior. They shouted at me, made me feel at fault, and showed no willingness to resolve the issue.

Save your money and avoid this company at all costs. This was an utterly disappointing experience, and I regret trusting them with my purchase.
