Don’t order.

In my opinion, they don’t deserve one Star. My first message was January 12 asking for a return authorization (well within their 90 day refund policy) so I could return the product. Very sweet nice understanding note was written back to me. I was told that I have been put in the queue for the return, but they were in the process of updating their return system and it would be a couple of weeks. I waited a few weeks and inquired again. I received another apologetic letter saying not to worry and they understood this was concerning but they were working hard to get this system up and running. I inquired again in March and they replied on March 25, 2026 with the same story. I sent another message April 12 and they have not responded. I ordered their product thinking that it would help me, but my doctor said no because I have diverticulitis.

I received the product last year

I received the product last year, I used it as directed and could see no results at all. I called them and requested a full refund, and they said no problem, I returned their product at my expense, I didn’t receive a refund after 6 weeks I called again, same song and dance , no refund yet. So yesterday they sent me the same product that I sent back. These people are scammers or just a bad business. Don’t waist your money, their customers are not as important as they advertised.

Great marketing...really selling crickets and silence.

Nov 22: Awesome marketing of health results, committed $354
Feb 16: Outside of 6-8 week delivery. Be patient we had a delay, all good now.
Mar 10: 3 more weeks,not feeling good about this. Don't send product, switch to full refund. Okay
Mar 31: 2 more weeks. It's on the way.
Apr 3: Will get refund in 5-10 days
Apr 20 (today): $354 gone and taking action to warn others. Think Sarah is just a great AI character that only writes promises and has not learned how to follow-through. 1-star is too much.

Funny thing. I sent this review, and magically received the order four days later that I had canceled two months earlier.

Sent an email requesting the best address to return the shipment......crickets.

I just want a refund.

Here we are again STILL WAITING FOR A…

Here we are again STILL WAITING FOR A REFUND - despite Luum's reply March 19. FAILURE as a business and the product didnt' work - so definitely don't buy from this company thinking that they stand behind anything. For anyone that reads this, I bought the product in November 2025, asked for refund in December and AM STILL WAITING and it's now April 2026

I now have six capsules left

I now have six capsules left. Been taking them every morning as directed. So far it seems like they are working some bloating, but it does go away at times getting ready to order another 90 capsules. Hopefully this will continue and get better thank you Luum.

So far I can see a difference in bloat both day and night. I am also not eating as much.

“Surprisingly Effective — I’m Impressed”

I’ve been using LUUM for a little while now, and I’m honestly impressed. The product works exactly the way it’s marketed. I noticed a real difference in how my stomach feels — lighter, less bloating, and overall better digestion throughout the day.

It didn’t upset my stomach, didn’t give me jitters, and the changes were gradual but very noticeable. I feel more balanced, regular, and just “cleaner” inside. For me, it absolutely delivered on what it promised.
