No control over his supply endless delays
Terrible experience. Do not trust the timelines given by this company. The owner Andrew will tell you absolutely anything you want to hear and promise unrealistic lead times just to get your signature on a contract and lock you in. Once he has your money, the accountability goes away. The owner clearly has zero control over his supply chain which resulted in endless delays. To make matters worse, he kept trying to brush it off by assuring me that his other clients with custom doors were experiencing the exact same delays. Makes you wonder how he landed those positive reviews on Google about his delivery on schedulet. It is completely unprofessional to secure business using dishonest timelines. Save yourself the frustration and go with a company that can competently manage its suppliers and respects its customers' time.

Thank You for the feedback! I don't actually have Your name in our client database, so the project must have been invoiced to someone else in the household. But I have a pretty good idea, since we really only have one project right now that has been severely delayed like this:)
If I'm correct, I completely understand the frustration. This particular project ended up being a very unusual combination of a complex custom glass shape and a very specialized type of laminated glass that had to be remade after it came in with a defect right at the final stage of teh door production process so unfortunately the delays have been far beyond what any of us originally expected.
At this point we've been following the glass constantly and providing updates 2–3 times a week as we get them. The good news is that the glass is now at the factory, so we're finally almost there.
I do appreciate the feedback regardless, and I'm obviously disappointed that things got to the point where You felt a one-star review was warranted but to make it clear - I'd never give someone a timeline just to get a signature on a contract. The projected timeline that we have on most projects usually is true but in this case that timeline unfortunately turned out to be very, very wrong.
Either way, we're almost at the finish line. Hopefully the final result will be worth the wait, and once everything is completed, we'll also figure out a fair way to compensate You for what has been an exceptionally long delay!
