Top quality hot tub, and superb service! Bought a pre-owned hot tub from Luso and couldn't be happier with the whole experience. The hot tub came in mint condition and the team were great at lifting it over our garden wall and positioning it in the garden. I struggled in the first few days working out how to use it, but they were super responsive even sending someone down the next day to check out the lights for me. Fantastic service, would highly recommend!!

Received my Barcelona hot tub last week and it has blown me away. Superb service from Sam and the lads. The tub is so luxurious and fantastic value for money. Do not look elsewhere, I promise you won’t be disappointed.

2nd tub we’ve purchased through Luso Spas and both times we’ve received quality product and service the communication and delivery is definitely 5 star service, if anyone asks we always recommend this company.

What can I say… truly 5 star service from start to finish. We chose the Chicago on Sunday, paid for it on Tuesday and it was delivered and installed Thursday in Bournemouth! Sam was absolutely amazing and answered all of my questions promptly and the delivery team were amazing and even helped us fix our broken garage door to gain access. We spent hours in the tub last night watching the sun go down. The tub is fantastic. Very comfortable and the flashing lights are brill. The tub was also the best price around. Cannot recommend Luso Spas enough. What a team! We have recommended you to friends and family. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. You have truly made our summer!

I bought a luso spa in feb 21 and it has worked perfectly ever since , last week the lid lifter brackets broke and I called luso spas for some replacements , luso spas could not have been more helpful and immediately replaced the brackets at their cost , excellent customer service thank you

Firstly, apologies for how long it's taken me to write this review.
What an incredible service!
We are absolutely thrilled with our spa, the service was fantastic and the delivery team where amazing. They drove 3.5 hours to Brighton and arrived at 07:30 but didn't want to wake us that early so sat outside. The whole process has been exemplary, from order to installation, the team at Luso are professional, knowledgeable and reliable.
When we first came across Luso Spa, we thought there must be a catch as the price in comparison to others is significantly lower. We couldn't have been more wrong, the quality of the spa is excellent and since our purchase, 2 of our friends have also brought from Luso.
I'll write a negative, but it's not really one as its made clear on their website, I wish it'd come with a cover lifter (you can buy them with it but it's an extra)

Contacted for a price and availability and most importantly leadtime. Was given the price that was the same as others but was told 6-8 weeks as it needed to be made. Ordered middle of March it’s now 10th of June and we have been told to expect it to be with us by middle of August. Absolutely shocking, I get there we’re hold up but this is beyond a joke. was meant to be all done with the garden make over for summer.
Not impressed will never use again.

Absolutely superb company. It’s never missed a beat. We got our Tub in 2020, I’ve rang a couple of times with issues about the control panel where I’ve lost the manual and the team were really helpful. They also serviced it which I’d recommend just to keep it in tip top condition. Delivery was prompt and the installation engineers couldn’t do enough to make sure we fully understood how to work it but they’re simple to be honest.

Just a shout out for the exceptional service by this company. we purchased a 7000 series last year . it was delivered and positioned even though it won't quite fit through our gate. with assistance form myself and my Son they took part of our fence down to get the spa in. They took the time to explain the functions of the various features and we have been enjoying it ever since. A few days ago we had a minor issue with the LED lights. I contacted Sam on Monday and less than 48 hours later their engineer arrived and changed the LED module for an updated one. Email replies and service/repair faster than a speeding bullet! Add to this the price of their spa range is roughly half the cost of the companies that operate from many garden centres . and twice the quality and features! Great company in both quality and service!

We had an issue without Tub cover - I spoke with Jay and he was brilliant he had one of his chaps come down and sort this - so really good outcome

Do not go anywhere else for your new hot tub this firm is the best in the industry. From ordering to getting the hot tub delivered it was so straight forward we wished we had done it years ago. Sam is amazing and answers emails speedily.
When Tom and Kyle delivered the hot tub the week after they made it look so easy even getting it around tight corners into the hot tub area.
Both men were helpful and polite and explained everything to us.
Refreshing to find a company so good from start to finish when most take your money and give second rate service.

We bought our Chicago plug and play hot tub this month, as well as the starter chemical kit. Because we live in Scotland I wasn’t able to go to their show room, so I did everything online and also spoke to the company before I decided which tub to go for. I decided to pay the little extra for the deliver, and set up option, as this was our first tub. The service was first class and from ordering to delivery was less than a week. The drivers/engineers that came were friendly, professional and took their time to set things up and explained how the tub operated. I would definitely recommend Luso Spa to anyone looking to buy a hot tub.

Just wanted to say a big “Thank You!” to Jay for sorting out a new lid for us and without quibble. The two lads who delivered it and undertook our 12 month service, were honestly outstanding and any questions they were keen to answer. Brilliant Service! See you next year!!

Awesome product and excellent service. I purchased aquarius hot tub and the lads turned up at half 7 in the morning from Derby to install! They got up at three Am. Once they arrived they were very helpful and knowledgeable and couldn't be more friendly!!!

Just ordered a Chicago Hottub from Luso Spas, Huge thanks to Sam & the Guys. It was delivered within a week & a half, arrived last Wednesday & I've only just dragged myself out of it long enough to write this. Can't recomend the service & quality enough, great value for money. Have been assured if we have any questions in the future it won't be a problem. Wonderful for all the family, my absolute only regret is that we should have got one years ago.

We have now had our Palma spa for about 18 months, and couldn't be happier with the product and the customer service provided since. It's been a great addition to the house and all the family love it. The spa itself was great value, it's easy to run and maintain and any issues or questions we've had along the way have been dealt with promptly and efficiently. Furthermore, any accessories or consumables we've ordered have arrived without delay. I would not hesitate to recommend Luso Spas.

Only having a small budget to work with I’d spent weeks scouring free ads when I came across Jay and his team selling one of their hot tubs that had been traded back in for an upgrade. At only 10 months old and with a good warranty for a used tub being offered it was a no brainer. I’d expected not to receive the same level of service as if I’d bought a big new flagship tub what with buying a trade in but boy was I wrong!!. A two man team arrived at my house and introduced themselves and in no time at all they’d taken the tub off the truck and got it sitting on the freshly built pad I’d made for it, the guys even rerouted and re-terminated the cable for me so that it wasn’t sticking out in the middle of the tub. I was then taught how to fill and use the tub by these very knowledgable and friendly chaps and talked through the maintenance. This is my first ever hot tub and my first experience of Luso Spas and I can guarantee that if I ever upgrade I won’t go anywhere else and can now enjoy my tub comfortable in the knowledge that if I ever have any issues I’ll be well looked after. Bought out hot tub a year ago from luso, but had an issue with the jets thus week. After speaking to Jay on the phone he sent me a video showing how to fix the issue. It was sorted in a couple of hours.
