Luna wigs sucks!!!! I ordered two wigs and neither looked nothing like the wig i ordered. I will not be order from them again...

Ideally I would provide no stars. The quality of the wigs I ordered were terrible - the quality were poor and the color was wrong. There is no way, any woman could wear this junk out in public unless you were attending some kind of costume event. After I received the products, I was surprised of how cheap they looked so I did a little research and then I found that there were so many other customers that also received junk for their purchase.

Buyers Beware!!! I purchased four wigs from this company. NONE were as described. Please my Queens...Don't order from this company. By the way they are constantly changing their names. If it seems too good to be true.. Normally it is!!! Return policy sucks!!!

Greetings! I ordered three wigs and one wig was the wrong color. I reached out to Luna Wigs via email and received no response. I returned the wig to a US location in New York, two weeks ago, and I did not receive a response nor exchange for my product.

I ordered two grey wigs from Luna and what I received after about a month and a half were two wigs that looked liked George Washington and Thomas Jefferson wigs. I threw them in the trash where they belonged.

I ordered 2 wigs from these con artists, and I can assure you that they look NOTHING like what's advertised. I wanted 2 kinky wigs that would look more 'natural' on me, what i got was 2 cheap looking shiny wigs that look like nests. I contacted the customer service people and they also agreed with me that what was sent was very different from what they had advertised. They offered to refund less than half of what I had spent and keep the wigs, and i declined. I asked them to send me a free returns label so I could return the fake wigs but they declined, insisting that I take up their offer and keep the wigs. I insisted that I would not keep wigs that I'll never wear, and the response was that if I insisted on returning them then I should pay $20 to return to them in order to get my refund. These are thieves and con artists that should be exposed for what they are!

I purchased two wigs. They were not what I ordered. I contacted them they asked for pictures with labels along with my order number. They respond and tell me I must’ve ordered from the wrong company after I sent them the confirmation email from Luna Wigs with pictures. But what they fail to realize is that I ask a lawyer and I will be filing legal charges against this company. You will not scam me!

Worst company ever, I ordered two wigs and neither was what I ordered.I had to email the company and they responded that they needed pictures of the wigs and the mailing label, so I sent that, they then replied that their description is misleading and they could give me a 20% discount I told them that I didn't like them and I wanted a refund. l got another email and they said they could give me a 40% refund and I could keep them, but if I decided to send them back it would cost me 20 US dollars, so I said if your description is misleading why should I have to pay anything. THIS COMPANY IS A BIG SCAM PLEASE DON'T PURCHASE FROM THE COMPANY. THEY GET YOU TO ORDER THEM THEY KEEP YOUR MONEY I FELT IF IT WAS THEIR MISTAKE THEY SHOULD SEND A MAILING LABEL AND REFUND MY MONEY. NOT THE CASE

The worst experience ever. It took over 2 months for me to receive my order. I opened the package and neither wig was what I ordered. They sent 2 of the exact wigs which again wasn't even the styles I ordered. I was asked to return the items for a refund which would be unfair to me to pay for a return when it was their error. If the wigs were actually nice, full, and of good quality I would just gift them to my aunt or mom but they are cheap and look like a costume. It would probably cost more to ship them back to China then they are actually worth. I believe the company knows this and are counting on the fact that buyers will not return the items, and give up therefore they keep profiting. A horrible purchase and company!!

I cannot describe how awful these wigs are. I ordered 2 they look a greasy mess. Nothing as described they were not even lacefront at all. I tell anyone that is thinking of ordering from Luna wigs Don't Do It. They say easy return but that's a lie I texted and waited was finally offered 18.99 coupon I told then no coupon that I would never order from them again. They said it would cost 20usd to return the items. I don't know who to contact to report them. But please do not order from this company. I finally told them to credit the 18.99 back to my card. They said they would.

Terrible, Terrible. A total Scam! The wigs are terrible. They are worst than dolls hair! Stay away from this company!

Listen, I have sent pictures of the items as you asked! I will keep the products and make sure to give you horrible reviews, the wigs are not as pictured, and your company is running a scam targeting Black women! I will make sure that this is know!!!!

I purchased two wigs it took over a month to get If they looked like the pictures it would have been worth it. They looked worse than doll hair. I am still trying to get my refund. PLEASE BE WARE.

I don't usually write reviews but this company is a SCAM! After waiting 2plus months for wigs I ordered they sent me 3 or the same wig, which wasn't the style or neither one I ordered, after informing them and requesting a return label first no response than I was asked to send them pictures of what I was expecting...why do you need pictures if you have my order and the numbers on it but I did and than they admitted the photos were not the right one or that they were misleading. I asked again for a shipping label so I could return but instead of sending it they started offering me small refunds and to keep them. I didn't want them because the quality was very poor, and they look like a clown hair. I wanted to return and get my refund again they went up a little more but still keep them again I refused than they finally gave me the return address that's when I realized this mess came from CHINA! I would have NEVER ordered them if I knew they came from China especially during Coronavirus panic going on..I packed them up just like they came to me just to find out Customs will not let packages go to China...so now I am out $60 because I wouldn't wear these to a dog fight!

Okay so I ordered two wigs fromthis company, the pictures were gorgeous. But when I received the merchandise it looked nothing like the picture. As you can imagine I was very upset. one of these wigs what's was a gift for a friend, needless to say I contact customer service and ask for a return address, and a refund. well they email me back said they will give me 20% off and I could keep the wigs. I explained to them that I did not want to keep the wigs because they were of poor quality. I have emailed them several times to no avail, no return label and no refund. I keep emailing them and now they won't email me back . this company is not creditable. please do not purchase any of their merchandise the customer service is very poor and the wigs look nothing like the picture not only am I annoyed I am very disappointed.

First of all it took forever to receive my purchase, and when I did finally get it wasn't nothing like the picture. Color was totally different then the picture, order the brown and the fact that it had a smell, dont think I'll be ordering anything from this site any time soon

I also ordered 2 wigs from this company and did not receive the wigs I choose. They are false advertising wigs that they don't have but like someone said, you get what you pay for. I will never again use this website. They should be banned off of facebook.

IT'S A TOTAL SCAM. THEY SENT ME 2 WIGS IN 2 TOTALLY DIFFERENT COLORS AND NOW TRYING TO GET ME TO PAY OVER HALF THE COST TO SHIP THEM BACK. I AM BURNING THEM SINCE I NOW KNOW THEY CAME FROM CHINA.

What a shock!!! I am so glad I only purchased two wigs, which are both in the trash, not even worth returning. I purchased the little cute short wig on the site, with the cute ripple waves, and the part at the back from right to left ear. This wig looked nothing like it does on the web. I also purchased the natural look that's on the web has straight hair at the back, not at all what's pictured. BEWARE: You Get What You Pay For
