Overall

Overall, I'm happy with my finished book. The writer they assigned me was talented, and we got there in the end. That said, be prepared to be very involved. It took more feedback on my end than I initially expected to get the first couple of drafts on the right track. Communication was okay, though sometimes a little slow. It's a good service.

I went from having zero book to having…

I went from having zero book to having a professionally edited print book and an audiobook ready to go. Their support team was responsive throughout the whole process, and the narrator they picked for the audio was spot on. Worth the investment for the time it saved me.
