I had the same experience as at least one other reviewer here. I ordered a product, which supposedly was seized by Customs for some unknown issue. Lunadoll said they reshipped with better paperwork. Cargolyn contacted me with a notice that the package had been delivered and signed for. I immediately (within 15 minutes of alleged delivery) reported the package missing and request a picture of the signature. Both companies are still stalling around and Lunadoll claims to be unable to issue a refund because their "tax authority" authorized the reduced prices and had to approve any refunds.

I gave them a deadline of March 10 to provide the signature and either a replacement product or a full refund. It is March 11 and nothing has changed.

I ordered from them on october 2025, and they never delivered. I mailed them many times, but they just answer with predefined texts and refuse to deliver (they pretend they did) or refund my money.

"Status Of Item: , Customs duty declaration was rejected, and the container has been detained. Please contact the seller to resolve the order issue."And I didn't receive my order. Truly a fake site!And the email address is fake, so you can't even write to them!

Ordered something twice from them first time didn't clear customs and the second time it was supposedly sent through Cargolyn logistics and signed for by me it never arrived be careful both of these companies are Scammers they can't show proof of delivery package was supposed to come from Australia
