It was a complete scam - quality of dress was awful and mid-sold as it said it was made of cotton and linen but clearly polyester and had no label at all.
Tried contacting to get a refund as it was mis-advertised but the only response was - you can send it back to china and pay for shipment yourself and we will give you the refund once received.
I tried reporting them to French authorities but as not registered in France I couldn’t do anything.
The worst experience ever - do not be sucked in by them!!

Even worse I just checked and the website is still going - they haven’t been shut down!!

Absolutely terrible experience! The dress I ordered took a month to be delivered and then it was not what had been described on the website. Looked stunning on line but awful when I opened the package. The design and material was not what had been described. I am now in the process of trying to get my money back. I would avoid and use another website with a rating from Trust-pilot. Unfortunately, on this occasion I did not do my due diligence!
