I had my Lumiq for 10 days, bought the upgraded model, paid $200 for it. It started to leak after using it for just 10 days. They wanted pictures and videos. They told me I need to mail it to them for them to review if it’s user error. It’s not, it’s just a terrible product. I also tested its PPM, not as advertised. Buyer beware. Who knows if I will
Get a refund they are ignoring me, now.

Just wanted to thank customer service team I ordered some replacement glass for my hydrogen bottle and it looks like the mailman shoved it into the mailbox and broke it. Lumiq answered me the same day and got it replaced right away and sent out really appreciate the quick response and not a hassle

Do not buy from this company because their return policy is only if it’s unused/ unopened or defective units . Unfortunately, the bottle I received is defective and they refused to process the refund. How can you find out if the product is defective without using it? The water was making me extremely dry, At first I thought I was just thirsty and by the forth bottle my lips and my mouth were incredibly dry. The exact same thing happened the following day. I stopped drinking it the 3rd day and drank normal filtered water and I didn’t have any effect. Again, I was fine on the 4th day drinking normal filtered water. Then about 2pm I thought I’d give the Lumiq water bottle another go. I had just two glasses and I’m certain now the bottle is defective. Same thing happened to my husband, too. I emailed them and they said it can be dietary changes. What a load of rubbish. That is not the case with us. What about the bitterness taste in our mouths? The bottom line is. They just don’t want to give your money back.

The bottle came damaged and unusable. Their customer service will not respond for a replacemant or a refund.

Very great high end product with the right materials so you get high concentration of hydrogen and no metals leaching into the water - Also I feel a deep calming energy I would describe it my mind feels great and at peace yet I have higher energy especially at work where I do manual labor its a great add on to a healthy lifestyle!!!

I recently received the Lumiq water bottle and I ABSOLUTELY love it!! I don't know if I feel any health differences yet, but the water itself tastes SO GOOD that it is definitely helping me drink more water! Thank you for making such an excellent product!! I bought 2 bottles, one for me and one for my wife. I am not really the type to believe new tech but I bought anyway and am so glad I did. Been more active recently and wife mentioned the same. Also nowadays, I seem to have less joint pain. Will keep on drinking and interested to see what this can do long term.
