Purchased the software. Encountered a persistent firmware incompatibility bug. When I opened a ticket providing documentation and a hardware-specific fix to help resolve it, one of the founder insulted me, called me an idiot, and banned me from the server. Zero professional support for paying users.
Whenever I use the tweaks my pc stutters every like 30 seconds while playing cs and it’s super bad like 30 fps for 5 seconds Only happens with lumin on stock it runs smoothly.

i tried the free version of the lumin app and it was incredible, i have 0 delay and better fps!
yeah so if you ever wonder what tweaks are best for you its gonna be lumin 100% like damn they gonna get you hard 0 delay in every single game you feel me,i have bought couple of tweaks like cpu oc and bios utility and all i can say is DAMN🔥🔥🔥 with cpu oc i got around 70+ fps and by utility i got full 0 delay and not much fps boost but it depends on your hardware really love lumin number 1 tweaks oat and imma buy soon manual ses couse its like cheat for 0 delay,if you want tweaking utilitys just get lumin.

Easy 5 star, this is one of the best optimization communities, in my opinion atleast. And I can assure you that there is a guarantee in performance increase whether it is from better FPS or latency (massive latency reduction from what I have used).
I’ve been a longtime customer for more than a year and I have nothing but positive results these tweaks aren’t just placebo they dive deep in latency and responsiveness can’t thank these guys enough. That’s not even 1/2 of what these guys are capable of they give free material that’s actually useful from spec to spec no matter what pc/laptop you own, great community as a whole I recommend these guys a ton!
