Kasia is an excellent hypnotherapist. She is professional, intuitive and has a lovely manner. She takes the time to discuss everything in detail. The treatment is very effective and helps tremendously. I would recommend her.

I felt very comfortable talking about my feelings with Kasia and the use of the Batch remedies, her approach creates a safe environment that made it easy to be honest and chose the batch remedies that supported my needs. I’m very happy with the outcome and amazed by how much clarity and balance I gained through this approach. Highly recommended!

I have recently taken my 10 year old son for a few sessions with Kasia to help with his ongoing tics. When we arrived for our first session Kasia was so welcoming and immediately put us both at ease. She was well prepared for our visit and had even put out some toys for my son to look through, he was especially pleased with the Pokémon cards! Kasia explained that children relax in a different way to adults and it is normal for them to move around and play whilst she was working with them, this means that my son has looked forward to each session he has had. I would highly recommend Kasia, she is very warm, knowledgeable and organised, explaining everything clearly and answering any questions at each appointment.

Kasia has an incredibly kind manor that puts you at ease instantly. She takes her time to truly understand the issue and goals. She has a very soothing voice and I came away from our sessions feeling lighter and more empowered. She is just fab and I can’t recommend her enough.

My one-off restorative hypnotherapy session with Kasia was positive and relaxing. Kasia explained the process well, tailored the session to my needs, and has a very calming and knowledgeable presence. I have been left with a tool to use in my own time which is proving to be helpful for relaxation and taking time out of my day. Being new to Hypnotherapy I wasn't sure what to expect. Kasia's calm and confident manner was able to guide me through my sessions. I was easily able to connect to my unconscious and explore my issues while simultaneously being fully relaxed.
During my sessions my subconscious gave me images that my conscious mind didn't understand but over the time between the sessions my conscious mind was able to unravel the puzzle effortlessly.
