Really bad.

Once the smarmy salesman collected the 50% deposit, it went immediately downhill. The staff are outsourced (cheaply inevitably) from other countries, and the additional sales' attempts start virtually immediately for content etc. The design was basic, and I could have done it myself. No-one ever knew what I had agreed. They then wanted the rest of the money before it was even completed (and 'went to coding', whatever that means - coding starts from the beginning), and then the harassing calls began. Please, please, do not waste your money here. I will now need to take legal advice to reclaim the £777 deposit.

Allan Lawrence is a great person to work with. His Knowledge and understanding is world class in the eCommerce space. Highly recommended.

As requested, the polite and truthful sentence that was flagged had been removed; consequently, there was and is no reason to object.
However, this was still deleted at ElevateOM's request to hide their disgraceful activities.
Any further interference will display yet more corrupt activity.

If not for the excellent service from Stacey Swinburn the Senior SEO Account Manager, I would have given up with this shambles a long time ago.
The disgraceful service of this organisation is beyond belief.

The above is a review that I posted 06/08.2025 which covertly disappeared from Trustpilot.
Not only is ElevateOM a shambles, Trustpilot cannot be trusted!

ElevateOM are aware that they have charged me double the standard fee, for services that were not provided. However, I have now been waiting for 11 weeks with no response.

Checking Trustpilot revealed that my review had been removed. This was shown in my account, yet not on the company profile.

The only way that I can get a response out of ElevateOM is to post a negative review.

Exposing that Trustpilot cannot be trusted likely guarantees that this post won't last long either!

After reposting this review, it only took 5 minutes for my previous review to magically reappear...

However, this corruption is exposed by my review reappearing; out of chronological order with their other negative reviews.

Unfortunately I have to modify this review after 2 months of work. Positive points: Cost is low, final result: good; Negative: to get to this point was two months of mental torture with back & forth daily emails to get it right.

Good (after design) so far; plenty of contact and quick, but as I write this I am only halfway through the project.
