I live in Jersey channel island , so delivery sometimes is a nightmare here, however when I had any issues raised it Lumifil
In regards my order , Kara and her team -always been so helpful and sorted orders right way for me , so far I am extremely happy with communication. Also about products -I had amazing NMN booster transformation on my clients -which is absolutely fantastic! I really like this company so far and hope to be partners for long time ! Thank you

High quality products, even had a personal email to welcome me as I was a first time buyer.

The packaging of the product I ordered was opened and torn. I can't use it because I doubt its authenticity and am concerned about the consequences for my patients. I sent an email, but no one responded. I will not order from this site again.

Avoid at all costs. Was meant to have a delivery by DPD, which never turned up after waiting in all day. After Lumifil was told it was because I was out, and DPD returned parcel. After several email was told I could have my order resent but would have to pay £10 delivery charge. Considering I had already paid for next day delivery that never arrived,I thought this was shocking customer service. Worse thi g was, it's 2nd time this happened, but the last time they waivered the delivery charge. Will be taking g my business to a much more professional company who appreciate their customers.

I have had a technical problem, ordering online with them, but how they quickly and professionally solved my problem defenetly 5 star customer service! Thank you guys!

The item i wanted was out of stock, i contacted the team via WhatsApp to find out when it would be back in stock. I received an instant answer, they were really helpful and the products are due to arrive today.

I’m extremely unhappy with my recent experience with Lumifil. I was told my order would arrive yesterday, but it never showed up. I received no tracking information, no delivery updates, and not even a delivery card. I had to chase customer service myself, only to be told it was DPD’s fault and that Lumifil “can’t do anything” until the order is returned to them before they can resend it.

I need this order this week, and the lack of urgency or accountability is really frustrating. On top of that, they don’t even offer full refunds, which makes the situation even worse.

This has been such a disappointing and stressful experience. I will never order from Lumifil again and definitely wouldn’t recommend them to others.

I knew the product I wanted but my supplier was having difficulty with stock. Good price and very easy to order package arrived the following day. Packaging and presentation was excellent. I'm impressed and will use again.

AVOID THIS COMPANY!!! I would give 0 Stars if i could. I ordered nearly £200 worth of product and Insurance through the company. I haven't revived the order and the company are refusing a refund. I also lost £700 due to having to refund my own customers as I couldn't fulfil their booking due to having no product..

Update: your customer service team have provided Insufficent service. I have already spent a vast amount of time on this, and now I'm leaving my bank to raise funds as a merchant, as this completely goes beyond breaching my rights as a consumer as listed by the consumer rights act 2015.

From the moment I contacted you on WhatsApp chat, you gave me all the info I needed which made ordering very easy for me. The order came like the next day all packed in a beautiful box. Thank you. Would recommend you to others for sure.

This was my first time ordering from Lumifil . Very fast delivery . Unfortunately, when I received my order the wrong item had been sent . The company were very quick to amend this error and a new order was sent out free of charge the same day .

I will definitely use Lumifil again

Quick delivery. I received the wrong product but Lauren was very helpful and quick to resolve the issue and send me out the correct product. They also offer pay in installments. I would happily reorder from this company.
