I have a POA pony who needs some pony bridle pieces and some cob and Lumier came to the rescue! I was nervous ordering from Australia (I’m in Illinois, US) but there were no delays and everything came exactly as I was hoping… Quality and fit are superb!

I have purchased two bridles, reins and browbands from Lumiere and have been very happy with the quality and timeframe for delivery. Other 'horsey' friends have also commented on the quality of the products.

I recently purchased a browband and the monocrown headpiece from lumiere. The pieces were beautiful and soft and ready to be used. The customer service was impeccable when there was a delay on my order. I gave 4 stars only because the crown piece was too small. It turns out my horse is been the full and cob size so full would have been better.

This bridle is exquisite!!! I can’t wait for my daughter to get it! Shipping was fast! No problems at all! Would definitely buy more of their products!

Beautiful bridles with so many options.
Staff are very accommodating and amazing to deal with! My Arabs/ Arab crosses don’t fit standard bridles and the Lumiere staff are great with swapping out different sizes to get the perfect fit!!!
Leather is beautiful and I love that they offer different noseband options instead of just cranks.

The Anastasia brown bridle is absolutely gorgeous! This was purchased for our 14.2hh pony and the cob size fits perfectly. The leather is supple and padded in all the right places. The removable flash is great! Tons of compliments from our friends at the barn and this blue and white rhinestone browband will bring the bling in the show ring! The bridle was shipped and arrived quickly in Michigan. Great purchase with exceptional quality for the price!

Well this is the handiest thing I’ve purchased in quite sometime. So perfect for the back of my little Prius. I can still pack things underneath. I have a 17.5” saddle and it fits great! Getting another for my truck. And….Fastest shipping around.

I recently purchased the Lumiere Drop Noseband (flat) in a size cob, and unfortunately, I was disappointed with the fit and design. While I checked the provided size charts, there wasn’t one specifically for a drop noseband, so I went with the cob size as my horse has a cob bridle in both Kavalkade and Schockemohle. However, the cheek attachments on this noseband were too short by about 1-1.5 inches, depending on how you want the keepers to hold the excess.

I had to add two extra holes, which unfortunately ruined the aesthetic and practicality of my nice bridle. The leather itself is nice and soft, so no complaints there, but the design isn’t what I hoped. I also didn’t realize the noseband had a Swedish crank feature, which applies more pressure than expected, and I’m not a fan of this added pressure.

If exact measurements for the drop noseband cheek pieces had been available, I might have reconsidered, so it's partially on me for not reaching out. Overall, while the leather quality is good, the design and sizing for the cheek pieces were disappointing.

Excellent quality leather. This is my second bridle and brow band I have purchased. I will exclusively buy my riding equipment from lumiere.

I ordered the Melodie patent bridle and it’s perfect! I have a smaller warmblood and it fit just right on the smallest holes for the noseband, with room to add more holes if needed. I also LOVE the detachable brow band, it snaps off easy using one button on each side. I’m hoping to purchase a few more snapable brow bands to change them out. The leather was supple and clean and it came in a nicely made case! I will be a repeat customer! Samantha Rocap

I purchased the Demi Browband a couple of weeks ago for my chunky QH’s bridle.
The pictures online made it look really nice however what you can’t see is the gems are attached to felt which in my case isn’t aligned with the browband and is off centre in the middle where it curves making my OCD twitch.
I don’t love it but I don’t hate it

I had ordered a bridle in brown then learned I needed a new saddle. During the saddle selection I chose a black saddle. When I contacted customer service, they responded quickly and explained why they would be unable to change my order and shared their return policy. I was impressed with their quick and caring response. I was even more impressed when my bridle arrived and it was black!

I purchased the equine eye home package and had some issues with connection the support and service I received to work the issues was second to none. The support staff are amazing, the product I think is under rated and has a multitude of uses. I thoroughly recommend this company

Lumiere has such lovely high quality bridles and halters. They are my go to for new leather purchases!

First off I want to say the products are great. I appreciate being able to piece together a bridle with different size parts for my franken-head horse. Quality of leather and stitching and hardware is nice. Prior to this order, my only other order went swimmingly.

This time, I had multiple problems with my order (not all items sent, wrong noseband type sent, mis-sized noseband sent). Customer service did handle it all, but it was a fairly slow process. From order to completion of everything being refunded/returned/reordered it took a little over a month. The shipping from Australia was actually fairly quick.

Excellent customer service and great products! Super happy with my purchase and when there was an issue with my order they fixed it right away
